The team really enjoys the ease of use for the reps to complete the forms. Pros It is very easy to use and create forms. The integration with Sharepoint works greats. The clients love the ease of completing the forms and it helps push the tasks to our field reps and frees up our Ops team to handle more jobs. Cons An App for the Admin side to help dispatch jobs. Having the ability to have users in smaller groups but still see all the same forms. We have several reps where I don't want them to see ALL the reps but they need to see their Team members. It is time consuming to keep up with all the data being received by our users. I have to then transfer this data to another service to get some usable numbers that I can present to our executive group. Pros There aren't many positives if any I can say about True Context as it sits now. It is a data collection center. For an upcharge there are other analytics capabilities that other companies roll into one standard price. Cons Smart logic works less than 50% of the time when you have long forms that require a lot of smart logic. The analytics you get is practically nothing. You have to build a power BI or another spreadsheet to decipher the data collection, so in theory, you are paying for multiple services that could be done with one provider. (Safety Culture and Predictive Solutions are two that are one-stop shops for data and analytics). There is no API to connect to Power query so I cant send my submissions to an excel row, I can only set this up for Google Sheets. Pros Easy to use. I like that it saves files offline and eventually sends the report. On the back end, the API's are also a nice addition. Cons Customer Support has no live line. Even when attempting to upgrade or change my account, there was a weeks wait time. However, we've encountered some issues—particularly with bugs and inconsistencies between the Windows and iOS apps. " February 26, 2025 5.0 Overall, our experience with TruContext has been positive and has increased efficiency, tracking and accountability. Pros The software is very easy to use and set up forms. We utilize the software for a multitude of departments, for example safety and quality audits, vendor material and lot tracking, and process flow documentation. Having the ability to utilize conditional formatting, take pictures with notation and export the data has helped us improve our processes. Cons The biggest hurdle we have had is setting up workflow for our quality audits. We use one form to document quality defect corrections and only one employee can work on the form at a time. It would be beneficial to have the ability to have more than one user be in a form and see updates in real time. It standardizes our forms and makes sure technicians capture the right information each time they’re in the field. The automated workflows and instant data uploads save us time and strengthen collaboration between field teams and the office. Overall, it makes our field processes faster, more reliable, and much easier to manage day to day. However, the workflow can feel convoluted at times, and some options aren’t always clearly visible or easy to access when I need them. Does not allow to change the resource image used in the template. Same resource image for every question using the template. Too many steps to create a resource image. Pronto Forms is the one stop destination for contextualizing and customizing Health, Safety and Management aspect of training management in most easy manner possible. No trouble at all. Cons We are still figuring out for deploying this software in offline manner without internet connectivity. Most of our ground teams operate in remotest districts of the states and does not have any internet bandwidth or network connectivity in such regions. Real time submission of filled forms should be made available in offline manner without internet usage. Once the technicians had their login credentials and learned the form submission, it really sped up billing and the response time to customers. Pros Our company was able to move to paperless invoicing and form submissions. As a subcontractor, we only had access to certain features but it definitely improved our response time to customers. Cons Older style website version, had to download an extension to help download invoioces quicker than one at a time. Low entry threshold allows for immediate start and first simple deployment in a matter of minutes. For advanced users however, it is also not difficult to quickly hit the limits of TrueContext which can bring a bit of a frustration. Nevertheless, we mostly managed to build what we needed, one way or another. Pros Very easy to implement, start with the design and deploy first form. Superb documentation - with a bit of patience it can solve most of the issues. Great API and decent amount of connectors for painless integrations. Cons Conditional logic might be quite annoying and requires a lot of workarounds to achieve desired outcome. Customer support rarely solves those more challenging problems.
