### "Streamlined Field Data Collection with Powerful Automation"

September 30, 2025

5.0

TrueContext has been a huge asset in transforming our field data collection process. We’ve moved from manual paperwork to fully digital, automated workflows. The platform is reliable, scalable, and well-supported. It has drastically improved our data accuracy, compliance, and reporting speed. We moved to TrueContext to eliminate manual data entry, reduce errors, and speed up reporting. It offered the best mobile experience and flexibility for our field operations compared to other platforms we tested.

Pros

The mobile-first approach is fantastic — our field teams can easily collect data on the go, even offline. The ability to customize forms and workflows has allowed us to streamline operations and reduce paperwork. Integration with systems like Salesforce and SharePoint was smooth and has helped centralize our data.

Cons

The initial setup can be a bit technical, especially when configuring advanced workflows or API integrations. Also, the user interface, while functional, could benefit from a more modern refresh in some areas.

### "Useful and Easy to use"

November 19, 2022

5.0

As long time users we have seen Pronto Forms develop many new features over the years and every time there is a change there is lots of tutorials, articles and support to learn and utilize the new features

Pros

We have used Proto Forms for over 10 years to manage our field service teams and it has been very easy to use to all our staff including those with little to no experience with smart phone technology.

Cons

The maps integration in our area is sorely lacking and as a result we have had to use several work arounds

Reason for choosing TrueContext

### "Data Collection Company, nothing more. "

August 19, 2024

1.0

Not fond of the system. It is time consuming to keep up with all the data being received by our users. I have to then transfer this data to another service to get some usable numbers that I can present to our executive group.

Pros

There aren't many positives if any I can say about True Context as it sits now. It is a data collection center. For an upcharge there are other analytics capabilities that other companies roll into one standard price.

Cons

Smart logic works less than 50% of the time when you have long forms that require a lot of smart logic. The analytics you get is practically nothing. You have to build a power BI or another spreadsheet to decipher the data collection, so in theory, you are paying for multiple services that could be done with one provider. (Safety Culture and Predictive Solutions are two that are one-stop shops for data and analytics).

### "Strong Administrative Control and Workflow Efficiency with TrueContext"

February 17, 2026

5.0

From an admin perspective, the overall experience with TrueContext is very positive due to the strong control, automation, and visibility it provides. The platform enables standardized processes, reliable data capture, and seamless integrations with other systems, reducing manual work and errors. Centralized user management and workflow oversight make it easier to maintain governance while improving efficiency across the organization.

Pros

From an admin perspective, what stands out most about TrueContext forms is the level of control and standardization they provide across the organization. Administrators can build robust conditional logic, enforce required fields, manage version control, and ensure users follow consistent processes, which greatly reduces errors and compliance risks. The ability to control user permissions, automate workflows and approvals, and integrate data directly into ERP or other business systems minimizes manual entry and improves data accuracy. Additionally, centralized management of users, submissions, and revisions—combined with reliable offline functionality—gives admins visibility and confidence that field data is captured correctly and efficiently. Overall, the platform helps streamline operations while maintaining strong governance and data integrity.

Cons

From an admin perspective, what I would least like about TrueContext forms is that the flexibility and power of the platform can also make it complex to manage. Building and maintaining advanced conditional logic, integrations, and workflows can become time-consuming, especially as forms grow in size and complexity. Small changes may require careful testing to avoid unintended downstream effects, and version control across multiple user groups can add administrative overhead. Additionally, troubleshooting sync issues, integration failures, or user errors can fall heavily on the admin, requiring both technical knowledge and ongoing oversight. While the system is powerful, that same depth can create a steeper learning curve and increased maintenance responsibility.

### "A Powerful and Reliable Solution for Enterprise Field Data Collection"

February 16, 2026

5.0

My experience has been very positive. TrueContext has been a key tool in our digital transformation journey, helping us eliminate paper-based workflows. The customer support team is responsive, and the platform's reliability has improved our field operations' efficiency and data accuracy.

Pros

The platform's ability to handle complex conditional logic within forms is outstanding. It has significantly streamlined our data collection in the field, allowing for seamless integration with our existing back-office systems. The offline functionality is robust, ensuring no data loss in areas with poor connectivity."

Cons

The initial learning curve for advanced document templating and custom integrations can be somewhat steep for new users. Additionally, the web portal's interface could benefit from a more modern UI refresh to make administrative tasks more intuitive.

### "TRUECONTEXT REPLACE OUR PAPER FORMS AT LAST"

March 10, 2026

5.0

We had Paper Forms EVERYWHERE We would receive Inspection Sheets Back Incomplete or Illegible, and the worst part was Techs would lose the paperwork between the Job Site and the Office, IT WAS A DISASTER. TRUECONTEXT put the Forms on their Phones and made sure Nothing Got Lost or Skipped. For Any Team That Performs Inspections, Installs, or Service Calls Where Documentation Is Important – This Will Replace All the Paper They Are Using With Something That is Trackable.

Pros

Our biggest feature with the mobile forms are that our Field Techs can now fill out Inspection Reports and Work Orders on Site and all the data will appear instantly at our office as soon as we get the submissions in. I went back to the office after a very long day and we have already received all the Form Submissions for Today prior to me sitting down at my desk. The Conditional Logic also helps reduce the amount of confusion the guys have in the field by only showing them what is applicable to each Job which reduces the likelihood of them not reading the Instructions Carefully.

Cons

It does take a while to build out more complicated forms, the Logic setup for the forms isn’t hard to understand – but it’s not something you learn overnight. The Mobile App works well but it is definitely less polished than the Desktop version and since it is being used every day in poor conditions by our Field Team this is a problem. Also (I know this is minor) the Form Submission Notifications can be delayed in arriving and since we need to wait until the Inspection is Complete to Move the Job Forward this delay is somewhat annoying.

### " A Powerful and Flexible Solution for Field Data Collection"

February 17, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with TrueContext has been excellent. It has significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of data collection in the field. The transition from paper-based processes to digital forms was smooth, and the platform has proven to be dependable, secure, and highly adaptable to our operational needs. Thanks to its automation features and robust integrations, we’ve reduced errors, accelerated reporting times, and improved decision‑making. TrueContext is a strong, enterprise‑level tool that truly empowers teams working in dynamic or remote environments.

Pros

What I appreciate most about TrueContext is its flexibility and ease of customization. The platform allows you to build highly tailored mobile forms without requiring complex coding, which makes it incredibly efficient for different types of field operations. The offline functionality is also a major advantage—teams can continue capturing data even in remote locations with no signal, and everything syncs seamlessly once they’re back online. Additionally, its integration capabilities with other systems (such as SharePoint, Power BI, or CRM tools) streamline workflows and reduce manual administrative tasks. The user interface is intuitive, and the mobile app is very reliable.

Cons

The main drawback is that the initial setup and configuration can feel overwhelming for new users, especially if they’re unfamiliar with form logic or workflow automation. Some advanced features may require a learning curve or administrator support. Also, while the platform is powerful, the pricing structure may be high for smaller teams or organizations with limited budgets.

### "its good to work "

February 19, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with TrueContext has been very positive. The platform is user‑friendly, with an intuitive design that makes it easy to learn and adopt quickly

Pros

What stood out to me about TrueContext is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The platform has a clean interface that makes navigation simple, even for someone new to it. Tasks that usually feel complicated are streamlined, saving both time and effort. I especially appreciate how quickly I was able to adapt without needing extensive training. The workflows are straightforward, and the overall experience feels smooth and efficient. TrueContext makes complex processes manageable, which is exactly what I value most in a tool designed for productivity and team alignment.

Cons

While TrueContext is easy to use overall, one limitation I noticed is the lack of strong multilingual support. The platform feels primarily designed for English users, which can make it challenging for teams or organizations that operate in diverse regions. Having broader language options would make the tool more inclusive and accessible, especially for global teams who need to collaborate seamlessly

### "Pronto is Excellent"

February 24, 2026

5.0

For the value of money it is easy to use. Customer support is always available and on the fly help. The workflow management style really helps it run smoothly. Any bugs and issues they have articles and help for all subject needs. The Project Management of how these sheets are built is quite amazing.

Pros

It is easy to make any kind of form for our plant. Easy to import and export info into these forms. I recommend using Pronto Forms.

Cons

Just a bit of a learning curve for newer updates. They do have a cool picture when updates happen in the interface screen. More of a what is what when changing material.

### "Reliable Digital Forms with Room for Workflow Improvements"

February 13, 2026

4.0

TrueContext has helped us move away from paper-based workflows while reducing errors in data collection. It standardizes our forms and makes sure technicians capture the right information each time they’re in the field. The automated workflows and instant data uploads save us time and strengthen collaboration between field teams and the office. Overall, it makes our field processes faster, more reliable, and much easier to manage day to day. However, the workflow can feel convoluted at times, and some options aren’t always clearly visible or easy to access when I need them.

Pros

Creating and editing forms with a wide range of options works very well. Collaboration features are solid as well. The initial learning curve can be somewhat steep, but understanding the basics can get you a long way to using TrueContext effectively. Overall, the forms significantly simplify field work.

Cons

The workflow can feel convoluted at times, and some options aren’t always clearly visible or easy to access when I need them.

### "TruContext is a user-friendly form generating software. "

February 26, 2025

5.0

Overall, our experience with TruContext has been positive and has increased efficiency, tracking and accountability.

Pros

The software is very easy to use and set up forms. We utilize the software for a multitude of departments, for example safety and quality audits, vendor material and lot tracking, and process flow documentation. Having the ability to utilize conditional formatting, take pictures with notation and export the data has helped us improve our processes.

Cons

The biggest hurdle we have had is setting up workflow for our quality audits. We use one form to document quality defect corrections and only one employee can work on the form at a time. It would be beneficial to have the ability to have more than one user be in a form and see updates in real time.

### "A lot of potencial but still a lot to improve"

August 27, 2024

4.0

Overall it is a good tool but for sure it has a lot to improve. There are basic features or options that are no possible to use yet, but I believe it can easily be implemented.

Pros

The amount of input types that can be used in the forms. The possibility to link it with Salesforce Servicemax. The fact that it has sections and sub sections for the forms.

Cons

Limited use of the templates. Does not allow to change the resource image used in the template. Same resource image for every question using the template. Too many steps to create a resource image. Lack of options to apply some settings to multiple objects.

### "A cost-effective mobile forms platform with features that most other products do not have."

June 28, 2023

5.0

We have been using ProntoForms since 2016 and have over 400 active Pronto Forms for Sales, Safety, Construction, Inspections, Warranty, Mileage tracking, and Customer forms, all maintained by just one forms administrator in our I.T. department. That part of their job does not require all their time therefore they still have time available to perform other functions in the I.T. department.Support from the ProntoForms team is excellent. Sometimes you have to push a bit to receive higher level support for help and training with more advanced features, but overall support is very good.Construction: No more hauling around bins of customer and construction documents to have signed and often out of date. Everything is up to date, pulled from our ERP system, and ready for customers to sign.Sales: No more paper documents. All sales documents, including price and cost calculations, are done within the ProntoForms coding, and handled by an internal administrator/forms developer within our I.T. department.Warranty: Customer inspections are handled via ProntoForms. Dispatching the completed and signed inspection form instantly to the Warranty department and the customer, keeps communication together, up to date, and the Warranty department can start handling the issue right away rather than having to wait for signed paperwork to be brought back to head office.Environmentally Responsible: No driving back and forth from job sites to the office to hand in paper work.

Pros

1) Simple to use, but many other mobile forms products are also simple to use.2) Customizable forms: Conditional logic, repeatable sections, and ability to perform math calculations makes ProntoForms also suited for use in Sales Forms.3) Enterprise Edition features: Using web-linked forms, team form completion hand-offs, specific types of form dispatching & data routing, camera to text conversion, and workflow settings...are all fantastic to save time and money.

Cons

1) Web-linked forms cannot pull from data sources (yet). They are working on this.2) No integration with DocuSign, and not enough features built-in to replace DocuSign (however we have not found any other mobile forms platforms that integrate with DocuSign, so this is more of a feature request than a dislike). We use ProntoForms for many departments including having customers sign sales contracts. We need the ability to send a form to a customer for signing. We look forward to the day we only need ProntoForms and no longer need to include a separate electronic signature platform in our sales process.

Reason for choosing TrueContext

ProntoForms can pull from just about any cloud or local data source with a bit of customizing work. It is easy to have staff in the field with up to date forms field information having local data uploaded into ProntoForms refreshing as quickly as every 5 minutes. The ability for ProntoForms to perform math/calculated output from base numbers in the data source is a crucial feature to which we have not found a competing product.

### "TrueContext works well for gathering information in the field"

January 25, 2026

5.0

We previously did all of our work on paper. TrueContext has allowed us to eliminate the paper trail and now have all of our inspection and site visit information in a single digital location along with photos that we attach directly to the records. And it is now much easier to locate previous reports when someone requests information about a specific job from several months ago which is quite pleasant.

Pros

The mobile application is very good at gathering information while you are working in the field. I am able to enter all of the information offline which is great when you are in an area with little to no cell service. The GPS tag is great as it will include the date and time you entered the information and the exact location (GPS coordinates) of where you were entering the information.

Cons

When sitting on the couch and typing away with my laptop it freezes (stuck). Anyway the reporting feature is somewhat cumbersome. Although you would expect exporting the data to be simple, some times the format is not correct and you will need to manipulate the data before exporting it. Also, once you synchronize your data you cannot edit it. This is frustrating, especially if you catch a spelling error or you discover that you made an error in the entry.

Overall, my experience with TrueContext has been very positive. It significantly improved the way we collect and manage data in the field. The platform is reliable, flexible, and helped reduce paperwork and manual errors. While there was a learning curve initially—especially for building more advanced forms—the support team was helpful, and once everything was set up, it worked seamlessly. Pros

I really appreciated how intuitive and user-friendly TrueContext is. The mobile forms are easy to fill out and customize, which really helped streamline our field data collection process. It also integrates well with other platforms we use, which saves a lot of time.”

Cons

Pros

It's been a very short period of time working with TrueContext, but I think that the overall app has been great to work with as an admin and it's easy to learn new things about it due to the documentation.

Pros

Cons

### "Good experience with construction forms"

September 3, 2024

4.0

Overall it is a decent platform with plenty of features that can be applied in numerous ways, depending on user's creativity. Low entry threshold allows for immediate start and first simple deployment in a matter of minutes. For advanced users however, it is also not difficult to quickly hit the limits of TrueContext which can bring a bit of a frustration. Nevertheless, we mostly managed to build what we needed, one way or another.

Pros

Very easy to implement, start with the design and deploy first form. Superb documentation - with a bit of patience it can solve most of the issues. Great API and decent amount of connectors for painless integrations.

Cons

Conditional logic might be quite annoying and requires a lot of workarounds to achieve desired outcome. Customer support rarely solves those more challenging problems. Still many features are missing like e.g. ability to dispatch attachments that could be submitted with the form.
