Wimi a fait des progrès considérables et très prometteurs pour les nouvelles fonctions à venir (wiki, résumés par IA...). Le chatbot et l'équipe support sont très efficaces. Pros Un outil collaboratif souverain tout-en-un, il remplace à lui seul 5 ou 6 autres logiciels. Les autorisations d'accès par dossier/fichier sont très faciles ainsi que la gestion des utilisateurs. Les partages s'adaptent à tous les usages. Les chats ont fait disparaitre les mails internes. Sans oublier agenda, mail, visio, validations... En plus, Wimi s'améliore continuellement. Cons Il reste quelques progrès à faire sur les activités et la traçabilité, les gantt et quelques détails dans les agendas et les conversations avec l'IA. La suite bureautique n'est pas aussi complète que Microsoft mais tout à fait satisfaisante. Pros Le côté 5 ou 6 en 1 avec la gestion Chat, Visio, GED, task, réseau social... Cela fonctionne très bien et l'équipe est à l'écoute pour l'orientation des potentiels développements futurs. Bien sur le côté Souverain et sécurisé mais ça c'était notre prérequis pour la cybersécurité. Cons Très difficile à dire car il y a peu de défauts qui ne soient pas rapidement pris en charge. Je dirais qu'il y a peut-être encore une capacité d'amélioration sur la gestion les statuts des personnes sur le chatteur ou alors sur la compatibilité de Wimi Online avec les fonctions les plus complexes de Microsoft.
