This can be a small thumbs up/down or a complete survey. Pros The simple implementation in every e-mail to get quick responce from the customer. Once it was fully released, the feedback was still beneficial in reporting buts, but it also provided us a great way to stay in touch with our users and hear their comments regarding improvements they're like to see. Pros The forms are very easy to set up and customize. We're able to get specific feedback from our users and the ability to attach a screenshot is an added bonus Cons Setting up the dashboard. I sometimes had to switch to Classic to get some information to display. In addition, user can send a snapshot of the page element they're referring to in their comment, which became a must-have. During the free-trial period, it was evident how easy the app is to use and the rich data we could get from it. Also, the pre- and post-sales support has been excellent. May 10, 2020 1.0 As a SAAS company, we need to track and analyze our NPS. MOPINION as all the features we are looking for, but I suspect they have no tech team and the support is extremely poor. The platform so unstable and doesn't display properly the results, destroy the dashboards or gives random results. Pros Features are the ones we expected to collect and analyze user feedback from our app users, but the stability is awful and accuracy questionable Cons The platform is so buggy and very unstable. You have to constantly rebuild your dashboard as they get destroyed at each connection! I need always to double-check the results and results are randomly displayed. Looking for an alternative. Pros Cheap: among feedback systems in the market, Mopinion offers one of the most cheapest price in class. Concise: easy to install into any websites - all you have to do is only adding one-liner anywhere in your page. Feature: it offers a screenshot - a few options only have this feature. Form construction is also good one Cons Sometimes it freezes on the Dashboard when we try to filter feedback items, the granularity of screenshot is limited, while Usabilla offers a screenshot feature that we can clip anywhere on the screen, and metrics we can use on cheats on the Dashboard doesn't offer full flexibility for us as we had some difficulty to have a graph only showing the number of feedback items in total. Delivering actionable insights into our customers opinions and needs. Sometimes we were able to use Mopinion to add features to our products when our own development team did not have time to implement these. This way we could easily run tests and gather valuable insights in a matter of days. Pros Mopinion is easy to set up, just include a little script and you are up and running. The software is very versatile in gathering and sharing customer feedback in our organisation. There are many types of forms, form elements and combinations possible giving you a lot of freedom to create an engaging surveys for your customers. Data is easily gathered and exported, so you can easily use it in your reporting and escalation flows. Free tier makes it easy to test drive the software. Also, the sales team is very helpful to set up a more elaborate trial fit for our use cases. Very friendly and helpful support staff. Cons Sometimes the software is not entirely optimal to our workflows. Which makes some actions repetitive. When issues arise, like little bugs, these can be annoying, but are usually resolved in a matter of hours. While Mopinion is much cheaper for our highly visited websites, there are artificial limits on number of users and reports. This was a bit of a hassle to figure our during initial trials. Artificial intelligence aspect of the software is underdeveloped at the moment, but with the export options you can easily use your own analytical pipelines. Cons There are a lot of bugs. Often, the software does not work or does not load graphs. Sometimes they don't have an answer ready and come back to this later. I don't use the Mopinion dashboarding, but the webhooks allow me to export the data to our Data Management Platform. Pros Mopinion helps us get our customer experience KPI's get in shape. We stopped measuring NPS and are focussinig on the real metrics that mattersfor. our customers. Mopinion is very flexible, customizable but still with some limitations. So with Mopinion you can easy setup your feedback system to start measure the data. It's easy to iterate and improve your feedback system. Cons It's a pro but also a con. The customization options from Mopinion are less. Also the deployment on new tech-stacks are a bit difficult. Mopinion proved to be the right tool for collecting feedback from our users, and even if back then it was not easy to find this tool, it was worth the extra time I invested in looking for other tools besides the big names Hotjar, Uservoice, Zendesk. Tijdens de onboarding krijg je een training in het gebruik van de software. Na de training kun je altijd vragen blijven stellen aan de Customer Succes Managers. Toch wijst het meeste zich vanzelf. Mopinion is zeer flexibel, je hebt niet voor iedere aanpassing een CSM'er nodig. Dat was een van de belangrijkste redenen om destijds over te stappen van Usabilla (nu Getfeedback) naar Mopinion. Cons Het nadeel van Mopinion is dat de partij nog niet heel groot is. Hierdoor zitten in sommige processen nog wat kinderziektes. Zo deden ze een tijdje terug een release van een nieuwe functionaliteit, waar nog een handmatige handeling in zat die fout ging. Hierdoor kwam er een witte overlay te liggen over onze site. Dit probleem is wel snel opgepakt door Mopinion en netjes opgelost. Decent support when there are issues. Pros Mopinion is a low cost, easy to use standard solution for collecting customer feedback on your website. It's very good at what it does. Cons It's not very flexible. There's some things to tweak but overall it's aimed at providing a standard solution. Also the dashboard is limited in how many different graphs you can use when using a lower tier subscription. The dashboard in general could use some more options. Pros We did get a demo of the product and everything was clear from the beginning. The product is really easy to use and everything you need is in there! Cons You need to have an analist or someone who knows what you should ask where. What you buy is the tool, but not the advice. There is no personal coach or someone who sets up a plan with you, but that was something we knew on forehand! Pros It is clean and easy to use. I like the look and feel of it. I need to better understand and use it more to fully understand its capabilities. Cons I don't think the star rating is useful but I understand why it is utilized for ease of use. I would like to get more granular with the data and qualitative feedback. Unfortunately we don't get as many responses on some content (this has nothing to do with the tool).
