Cons: Purchased product and they sent me a self-install kit for my 2008 Peterbilt. Harness was incorrect and was rugged into the truck. In order for a mechanic to hook the diagnostic computer up, he could not plug into Fleetnetwork harness. Had to take the dash apart. I told customer service and they forwarded me to their hardware division. They told me I was incorrect and that the harness was the correct one for my truck. When I tried canceling the service because it didn't work I was charged an early cancellation fee.

Comments: HIghly recommended product from a strong name in the industry.

Pros: Plug and play hardware. Affordable price and easy to manage administration. Reporting and maintenance records make this product useful to many company departments.

Cons: When cell data goes down, service can be interrupted. Setup can take some time but that's typical with any new software.

Comments: NO Customer Service. We were guaranteed 24 hour callback, but they never call back! Software is user unfriendly! Menu system is not at all intuitive. Cell phone App either crashes or tells me that my Vehicles and Assets cannot be found. Will not save my password, so I have to login every time I use it. Paying for premium package, and it is not as good as discount system that you get from AMAZON. Cannot be used with aftermarket alarm systems. Now I am tied into a 3 year contract and the product is useless.

Pros: Nothing!

Cons: No Customer Service! Terrible software and application.

Recommendations to other buyers: Get something else.

Pros: tracking seems good, being able to switch to a google earth view is nice sometimes,

Cons: seems like we have to have alot of the gps boxes replaced and the lack of connectivity for the new trucks is just stupid. they told us they would have connection in Nov it is now the end of Jan and still nothing

Overall: The program is good, it is easy to use, the customer service is terriable the holds time are stupid long, have to call mulipal times and that is if someone answers the phone. and the new thing is that with these new semi you cannot use the gps receivers so the program is useless for those trucks

Recommendations to other buyers: do not fall for the universal harness nonsense they try to push when you call it doesnt work without having to cut wires in the vehicle and voiding your warranty

Comments: We use this in our 60+ service vans on the road, as well as our company cars. It works well and the settings can be tailored to your needs. It can be set up to send out a text alert when you are speeding or too much idle. The app makes it easier to see where your coworkers are so in the case of emergencies or checking ETA's.

Pros: The app, visibility of where your fleet is for dispatch

Cons: Make sure you set the speed cap to something that is feasible to driving. For ex: 80mph on the highway will generate a lot of text messages or emails of speeding, but setting the cap at 82mph will alleviate that.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make the switch if your company provider would be Verizon.

Comments: We have been using Verizon's Networkfleet in our company vehicles since 2015.

Pros - The live tracking function works really well. We can know at any time where a vehicle is located or traveling. The email alerts for odd hours, speeding, etc...are also very good.

Con - Setting up alerts and geofences isn't intuitive. Also, the reporting features are often challenging and somewhat limited.

For the right use, this tool can be an asset. However, it takes some time to get setup and it takes someone to manage it.

Comments: They were doing ok before a little overpriced GPS system but it was OK after they change the map from Tom Tom to Mapquest it's really the worse thing ever happened you will have the hard time getting satellite image on your vehicle and the map looks like shit. It looks like it's designed for 5 years old kids to play just not worth it. I wish didn't have the contract so I can sign with another company.

Pros: The Roadside assistance is worth it

Cons: The Map is not good

Recommendations to other buyers: If they keep the Map Quest look for another GPS company.

Pros: I love that all I had to do was log in and wonder around - Tech support was great, had us up and running in just a few clicks! It's easy to set up drivers, vehicles, and users.

Cons: It does not appear that I can take a vehicle out of service - not that I have called tech support yet!

Overall: This software has been a godsend when we need to verify where a technician has been, how long they were at a customer's etc. It even alerted us with a loss of power when a parked vehicle had the battery stolen!

Comments: When we purchased this prouct, we were told we could use the mapping features to map out future dates for dispatching purposes. When we got it all set up no one at customer service seemed to know what we were talking about or even offered to help.

Pros: Map works, GPS tracking works.

Cons: Scheduling can only be done from manager app and does not have app't time/completed time capabilities. Driver ID program is unreliable. Promised communication through tablets which is not actually available. Apps crash randomly. Information that should be private is shared to all drivers. Communications with sales executive is almost nil. After 7 weeks, the only part that works from the whole package is the GPS tracking.

Overall: Took 2.5 weeks to get install date, 3.5 to get installed, after 4.5 had to install the rest and input units into website ourselves. Driver ID is spotty at best and Driver/Manager apps not working as promised.

Recommendations to other buyers: Until they get it working as promised, get nothing more than the GPS tracking. I chose "Daily" as the answer for "How frequently do you use this software" as I am on the phone daily with Networkfleet and Verizon Wireless trying to get this to some semblance of what was promised without any solution in sight.

Pros: When it is working it tracks the vehicles well. Additionally the roadside service is a nice feature.

Cons: Customer service sucks. Very hard to get someone on the phone.

Recommendations to other buyers: Go with another company that has better customer service. Eventually something will break and when it does your frustration will be magnified by your inability to reach a human.

Nothing but aggravation and headaches.

Pros: Nothing! For five years the service was everything that you would expect, then Verizon took over the company.

Cons: Customer service is terrible. No internal communications inside the company. Everyone contradicts each other.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try fleetmatics. Our vehicle drops off the map on a regular basis and is difficult to track.

Pros: The product is GREAT! Not one complaint. Would and have recommended to others. However, the customer service depart is terrible. Wait times are ridiculous! No one seems to know what they're doing.

Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE. Worst people I have ever dealt with. Wait times exceed longer than 15 mins. No one knows what they are doing or talking about.

Recommendations to other buyers: None! Software is perfect. Top Notch! Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

Comments: I have been using this GPS with my company now for some time. So far the site has only been down once. I was interested in importing the data to an excel spread sheet using real time streaming, apparently this is not possible. Something to look forward too in the future I hope.
