Pros This is still a great software. We've continued using this for Expense Reimbursement and Timesheets and it's been going great. They've made it easier to submit mileage and it now calculates commute mileage for easier expense submittal. Cons I would love to be able to edit a PDF while still in the Databasics platform. Cons Visually, for a first-time user, there is a learning curve to start navigating through entering timesheets/ expense reports. Reports are not very user friendly. The education seminars offered by DATABASICS to keep customers informed about the solution are a plus. Pros DATABASICS is an intuitive solution with a modern look and feel. It helped streamline our timesheet and expense report submissions, approvals, and member travel reimbursements. The mobile app supports our resources while on the go! Cons The reporting is what I like least about DATABASICS. I have challenges with getting desired information from the system periodically and the presentation of information is not always easy to follow. It has nice features and gets the job done. It calculates per project, per day, and per pay period. Pros I like how the program will not let you exit or submit your timesheet unless the standard hours for the pay period have been met. I also like the "my time off" feature where the leave balances at any given time can be seen. Cons The app screen is not easy to read to me. I'm not sure how you can improve it. I like the view where you can see the entire pay period. I do not like that you can only view one project code at a time. I am not fond of the reporting in DB. You almost have to be a programmer to create a report. Pros Flexibility. Databasics can achieve nearly any scenario you can come up with. Even if its not HOW you envisioned, they can solve a TON of problems. Cons Low intuitive GUI for non power users. If you have blue collar employees, they are going to struggle a bit. This is tied to how complex you make your build, but it can be a bit tough to learn.
