I love how simple it is to view all previous paystubs in addition to the year-to-date breakdown. I also think the calendar with special company dates listed is a thoughtful feature. Pros I enjoy how simple it is to view all of your paystubs and update information. It was also very easy to adjust the paycheck split as well when in previous payroll systems, it would take literal days/weeks to make a single adjustment. Cons I don't like that I can't view my upcoming paycheck and sometimes the check is delayed. In my other roles, I'm able to view my incoming check the day before it is deposited into my account, but that doesn't seem to be the case with Gusto. This has to be a relatively easy thing to fix, no? Pros It is a straightforward way to get paid by your employer. Also great way to get your tax forms at the end of the year. Cons The Gusto Wallet app for your phone only works for W2 employees, so I can't access my account on my phone. How many people really use their phone to check and manage their finances anyway?
