We don't have a formal HR department, so Guso acts as our own little HR for most of what we need! Pros Gusto is really helpful for my workplace. It's extremely easy to use, and every time we've run into issues with state regulations or similar, we've been able to talk to a very knowledgable rep to get it sorted out. Even stuff down to the city/county level -- I didn't expect that. Pros Cheap, really easy to use, and the best customer support staff of any software I've ever used. Cons Nothing -- it's been great. They really try to help and will find an answer for you. Even if they cannot they will escalate it without you saying too much. Pros I like the price. I like how I can pay my full-time and contractors all in one place. I like how they offer so many small business options for people who doesn't know what your supposed to have and not have. They will assist setting up all the tax information with you. Cons I don't like how you cannot do same day payment with certain tiers.
