No expertise needed when it comes to payroll and hours, everything is very self-explainable. Gusto also offers tax filing, step by step processes for creating policies and more! Pros Ease of access for the consumer and user, easy to find everything you need right off the bat. Easy to use for simple timekeeping and payrolls. Cons There was nothing, that I can remember, that I didn't like. May not be suitable for bigger businesses.
