Its very interesting way to make your colleagues appreciated for what they do for you and for the team.! Pros I can send appreciation to my colleagues by sending them small gifts as a token of their service and support in the team. Cons There is nothing that I dislike or least like about gusto. Its a wonderful software and very simple to use. They handle all reporting and taxes that need to be paid to the state and federal. I can also track employee hours and approve them with a click. Pros Easy to set up and easy to operate, Gusto is adding more and more features all the time and I feel I am growing at the same rate as Gusto is releasing new services. I like that I can switch between admin and user profiles easy. Cons Wish there was a phone app. It does allow to operate from a website on my phone, but an app would be very nice for me. I love how easy Gusto is to add/remove employees. Payroll is easy, fast and great. I love the reminders sent to my email, helps me to remember payroll on the most hectic weeks. Gusto is very simple to use, and as said above, any issues I have ever had customer support has always been nothing less than stellar and amazing. Cons I think the software is great, I dont think I would change anything, its easy to use, and great overall. Pros \- Super intuitive interface, really low learning curve to get started using it - Customer support is really responsive as well, about 1-day average time to response - Direct integration is not as great, but file exports allow interoperability with other software Cons \- Monthly billing invoices are difficult to track - I think the reporting could be better if it was as intuitive as the product's interface, you could have a difficult time navigating the sheets if you're not familiar with them. Payroll is now as easy as approving time cards, syncing to payroll, and clicking a few buttons. All reports and payments are made to the government automatically, keeping us in compliance. Pros I love integrated time tracking, time off requests, automatic reporting, and direct deposit. Cons There is no unpaid time off requests available. If an employee needs to take time off, but doesn't have it available we have to have them send an email, and nothing is logged on their time card. I'd love it if they could include unpaid time off as an option so the requested days are noted on their time cards, and in the time off reminders. I also wish we could resend offer letters once they've been sent, or renew them in case of issues. Review Source PP Pattee P. Now there is no need for an HR personnel to be answering the small trivial questions. Come tax season, there is not an influx of emails with employees asking for records. Now everyone knows exactly where to find their information. Pros With a beautiful interface, Gusto makes every other payroll software look outdated. The ease of the platform allows employees to seemlessly check previous pay stubs, W-9's, and see all their records. " April 5, 2018 5.0 Pros Gusto has an easy to use interface. Their customer service is great! We had both regular employees and contractors and it was super easy to set up both. W-4's and 1099's were managed through one system making tax time reporting much easier! July 29, 2022 5.0 Pros Employees can manage charitable donations, savings accounts, spending accounts, direct deposits, time off requests, and more from within the gusto account. Gusto allows for funds to be allocated to various savings accounts that are set up within the account or in a bank separate account, edit splits easily, and manage a gusto spending account with a debit card. I have set up a rainy day fund, Christmas fund, manage my charitable giving/tithing, and more from the app. Funds are easily transferred and paystubs are easily accessible. I love Gusto. Cons I haven’t really noticed anything I don’t like about it! Pros The payroll management software is an easy and cost-effective way to manage your payroll. With easy payroll software you can automate all aspects of tracking time, work hours, tax withholding, and run reports. Cons The only thing that should be noted here is that a mobile application can prove to be a game-changer because it will be a part of the solution and not the whole solution. It would be nice that users can track their payment on the go. The ease of the website makes it very stress-free to function while at the same time keeping your employees info up-to-date with their benefits and overall profile. Cons If I was forced to pick a negative part about the software and probably would be the pricing. It's a little too high in my opinion, they do offer a one month free trial but that month goes by so fast due to the ease of navigating through the program. It's simple and clean, offering most everything a typical employee would need at a small business. Pros Gusto is sleek, organized, and effective from an employee/minimal user experience. It has just about everything I can think of with regards to HR under one shiny product: from time tracking to tax information to org charts. It also allows you to subscribe to a calendar with anniversaries, time off for the team, and birthdays—which is pretty cool! Cons While I don't have much experience in HR, I hear there are some limitations as far as what it's capable of on the backend. But having no experience with the backend of Gusto, I can't fully complain too much.
