Very clean UI with great hand drawn art before the days of A.I. art. Managing paystubs and requesting time off was very easy and enjoyable. I had a really good experience with using Gusto, until my company moved to a competitor provider. Pros I loved Gusto's simplified and easy to use GUI. It also had very nice minimalist art that was very cute and appealing. I enjoyed using it to track my paystubs and submit request to take paid time off. It is hands down a great payroll software. Usually you have growing pains in the first month but Gusto was so seamless to use and took a lot of the work off of my plate. If they had the integration with Rent Manager, it would be a 10/10 Pros Hands down, the best payroll platform I have used. I have used ADP, Paychex, and Paycom. It is easy to use. The support responds the same day. They have training within the platform, offer letters, and criminal screenings within the platform. Amazing. Cons I do not like that you cannot send a 90-day notification within Gusto. Sometimes, there is a probationary period, and that reminder would be beneficial. I wish that Gusto handled payroll outside the US, as the lack of that feature has forced us to look at other products. Pros User interface is nice and navigation is logical. We have to continually ask contractors to let us know when their invoice is online. I enjoy how user-friendly it is, and everything you need is on the left side of the page in an easy-to-read manner. Pros I use Gusto as an employee. It's pretty easy to use. Everything you need is on the left side. I sign items and review items with ease. Logging hours is easy, but you can accidentally click off the pop-up easily, and everything you typed is gone. Cons Logging hours is easy, but if you accidentally click off the pop-up where you are logging hours...poof, it's gone! Everything you had typed in the notes of what you were working on is gone! Pros Very easy to see my upcoming pay and split my paychecks. I love how it will even show estimated taxes so I know im being taken care of properly. Cons I have to say, its a great software BUT I usually get emails and notifications and everything hours after I have already been paid. It just seems like a nuisance and I have my notifications off due to it. Cons There are some features that you can edit and customize on the Gusto mobile app but cannot update on the web version, and vice versa. Pros I love Gusto while using it. I was a S-Corp small business owner and I needed to run payroll for my contractors and also cut a check for myself. They made it very easy and affordable.
