It also made a really clean PDF for my pay stubs and was very hands off after it was set up. Pros It is easy to add another direct deposit account in the employee portal and split your pay between multiple accounts. Cons The pay notification emails have an annoying, cheesy, GIF at the top. This is slightly entertaining but is mostly just annoying and too flashy. October 15, 2018 5.0 Pros What I liked about Gusto so far is the fact it integrates multiple tasks/jobs in one with ease.You will get a good value for your money ( you will get more ).It's very friendly towards the environment, reimbursements are calculated right then and there, vacation days and much more all while Gusto keeps improving its features. Fyi Gusto even translates to "hearty or keen enjoyment". There you go, thats all you need to know. Cons It is only used in several areas of United States (English language only) at the moment, it should go on to becoming available in other areas/countries as well with the same affordable price. Pros Iused this software when I was doing bookkeeping for clients as I ha dto do Payroll adjustments. The software was super easy to sue and made doing the adjustments very easy. All the necassary statements that were required were super easy to find. Cons I found that Gusto's reporting capabilities could be improved, as the available reports were limited in scope and customization. Pros Its a good software for a new startup, but when your startup is about to scale up I think gusto will limit your reach. Cons Customer support is not well trained for special cases. This software will save your company money as with this you will definitely not need to hire anyone to manage the payrolls. I also love the questionnaires every month which allow you to give feedback on your company; it's a nice touch. Cons It would be really cool to have some sort of Slack integration, as most of my applications are integrated so it feels slightly strange to not have it there. I also think that for much larger companies with more complex payroll systems, it may not be suitable. Pros This software is user friendly. You do not need to do much training to get it down. Everything is manual though so you should have an HR person to manage this. Cons Not scheduled direct deposits take 3 days to deposit into the employee's account and that is too long.
