After signing up, it was a simple process of choosing my benefits and comparing. The dashboard is easy and functional. I appreciate the email reminders as well. It's very easy to use. On Gusto each employee has access to previous pay stubs and other useful information. Gusto has a modern look and feel to it which is something we look for in apps. Pros Gusto is easy to use and very informative. They also have cool facts and rewards you can earn. Cons I honestly can't think of any cons. Gusto does everything we need it to. Very positive user experience" May 21, 2018 5.0 Ease of use, good reporting, clean interface, state reporting, automated W2s and 1099s. Pros I love how clean in the interface is. Onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors is quick and easy, and they have taken care of user experience at every step; for example in the positive tone it users with employee communications. Customer service has a very positive tone too. Lots of high EQ associates. It's the payroll service with heart, and it works beautifully. I loved being able to check everything from remaining sick days to signing up for, and tracking my benefits. You are able to handle a lot of the HR details yourself instead of having to find a manager to do certain things for you which, for a small, growing company is invaluable! I also love that it sent me automatic messages when my paycheck arrived each pay period. From the user end perspective it offers a simple as easy way for you to view your pay stubs. You also get notifications about when you will get paid. In addition, the GUI is seamless and intuitive, you can easily find Cons If you are looking for an extensive payroll management system, this is not the best software as the features are limited. Pros I like that the software is accessible anywhere because it's all online and the cycle studio I work at part-time has never had any problem- payments are always on time! Gusto delivers on that. Pros It's so simple, especially compared with hiring a payroll company like Paychex. Managing benefits is easy, reports are easy, set up is easy. For a small shop like ours, it's given us a huge reduction in headaches and hassle.
