April 3, 2019 5.0 Pros The office I work at uses Gusto for payroll, and from an employee stance I LOVE it. It is super easy to access all your paystubs, see your benefits, and get everything you need for taxes. Cons So far there hasn't been any negative experiences I've had with Gusto. Way to go! Pros lots of power for a tool of its type. Lots of ways to integrate with other resources and tool or platforms. Cons getting familiar with the tool took some time but over all it was easy to navigate so really cant complain too much here. Pros I was freelancing for a company in the US and they used Gusto to manage payroll. The process is pretty simple and I'd receive the money directly in my account around 3-5 days after they run payroll. Cons I don't really like the wait time and I think if there was a way to receive money sooner, it would've been great. The improvements of course come with added cost but that is expected. It is the best payroll software that I have used. Cons The only thing I would like to see is if it showed me what my future pay periods should look like not just my next one because I like to plan ahead. Easy to use, very easy to hire new employees, able to complete payroll from my mobile device (no need to go into the office to complete), friendly reminders on due dates and great support for any questions you have. Also, my employees tell me they love the emails and they like the stars and comments on their paychecks (which I"ve never seen) when they get a bonus. Cons I just would like to be able to call you easiest. I don't seem to be able to find your phone when I log on. Usually someone is there to chat, but today no one was so I googled you and found your number and called. Pros Super easy, intuitive and highly functional. Clean design. They really did this right Cons I am really struggling to identify any least favorites here. I don't have that complex a company or benefits integration. It's a very direct application. Employers send you 1099s via email and you can download directly. It allows each employee to see their paystub and benefits in one simple place. It also makes it easy to distribute memos and new documents that need signatures.
