Pros Aside from being a payroll program there are many features you can turn on, benefits etc. making things super nice and simple to activate based on their canned business partnerships. October 31, 2019 5.0 I'm glad we went to Gusto for HR stuff. There was no clear process for putting in a time off request before and I had no way to know how much time off I had accrued. This is so much better! Pros It is very easy to manage and see my PTO accrual and make requests. We did our annual benefits review in Gusto and it was so easy to see my options and sign my paperwork online. Cons It doesn't notify you when your time off request has been approved, that is the only thing I think it lacks. The interface looks really nice, too. Pros The App is very easy to navigate and has great features like splitting paychecks into different "wallets" like car repair services, vacation funds, etc. It also shows you all your benefits and insurances which is a plus. Cons I couldn't add my existing savings account to the app, I will have to do it with my bank. Just a minor inconvenience but something I wish I could do. It is easy to use and cost effective. Pros Very intuitive and easy to use for payroll and as an employee checking on paystubs, info etc. It is very cost effective and I highly recommend. Cons The customer service is a bit slow. The best way to reach them is via email but the reply can take a few days. There is a calling option but you will be on hold for awhile. Payroll for contract workers is very nice and easy as well. Pros Gusto is very easy to use and figure out. I love that it encorporates with Xero with ease. Onboarding new contract workers is so easy. Cons I had a snafu that required a manual payroll entry and it took over a month for them to correct. They did get it correct, but it was a bit unnerving that it took that long. The quality of food it brillant and there is a really good selection of receipe to choose from. i like the fact that you can make amendments and change box sizes if needed. Cons The fact that you can choose to have an odd number people to selecrt the meals for. I was purchasing for 3 but ordering for 2 wasnt enough and 4 was too much. The fact that the ingredients are seperated into meals was slightly annoying so i had to go through them all at each meal to work out what i needed. Its competito has it bagged to each recipe.
