I can easily download documents i need like paystubs. It’s a simple user experience for admin and employees. Cons Gusto is used for a smaller team. " November 27, 2018 5.0 Pros Visualizing a paycheck in an effort to better explain where your money is going (taxes, insurance, etc) is immensely useful. It not only makes me feel like I understand my paycheck but also makes the experience of getting paid even better... Cons There isn't anything I dislike about the software. Pros The simplicity of the interface, automation of reports, the ease of customization. Cons The only thing I can think of is that sometimes some features are buried in places that don’t make a ton of sense. For example whenever I want the payroll calendar I have to hunt for it because it’s not where I assume it would be. Same thing when I’ve run payroll and need to cancel it to make a change, I can’t ever remember where to find that feature so I end up spending time hunting for it. Not a solution for bigger or growing company. Hard to imagine doing payroll gets difficult as they can't process of your payroll grows. No point of escalation on customer service number. Pros Till we had small it was a good intuitive product. Good for payroll for lass then 10 or 20 people max. Cons They payroll takes longer to direct deposit. They try to upsell reverse wire and block account privileges to force you to cut down your payroll. Other than that is is perfect for a small business. Time saving and well worth the price. Pros Gusto takes the pain out of payroll software. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, gives you clear guidance and the Gusto team provides amazing support. Cons As of now there is no app available, not too big of a downside as I mostly use the browser but the app would be great if I really need to make a change on the go. Pros There are a lot of benefits to this software such as the ease of pulling reports for the organization, the notification of wages and W2s for employees and the simplicity of inputting new staff. Setting up is slightly more complex, but their customer support is excelent. Cons The only cons is the inability to edit the "notifications" and "email notifications" settings. The process was not challenging and it's easy to run payroll. Pros You are walked through every step carefully and simply. Steps that could be complicated are clearly laid out. Cons Some things are not fixable on your own and require you to use the help features. I have found Gusto to be very slow in responding to calls and emails. They eventually do and are helpful with the fix, but since many payroll and tax issues are time sensitive, it is not ideal to wait over a month for response or resolve. Pretty much just did nothing. Pros Getting paid, when it works, however at this point Gusto has completely failed in this mission. Cons Difficult to use, support staff took days to respond and never resolved the issue.No solution, even though support said it was a major software bug.Prevented payment processing entirely for validation that could be done over the phone. Otherwise, we have had an overall positive experience. Pros I like the time tracking integration they recently added. I like the PTO tracking and forms available. All of my information (paystubs, days off, tax documents, benefits info) is all easily available. I tend to forget to clock in and out, but Gusto makes it easy to adjust your timestamps. Pros It's incredibly simple where it needs to be, yet offers a lot more functionalities than just keeping track of hours worked. Cons I wish Gusto had a simple clock in/out mobile app. It's not terribly important, but I feel like that would be more convenient than using my mobile internet browser. Pros I love how easy it is to use, love how easy it is to navigate through the tabs to get to things, love when someone starts with the company - you can welcome them or birthdays, send them birthday wishes! Pros Gusto is one of the best online payroll services for small businesses, it's fast, reliable and provides us with a seamless payroll process from start to finish. We use this to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. It sorts employee payroll for you, has the ability to offer time tracking and manages all benefits for your employees, onboarding is as easy as 1, 2, 3 with Gusto making hiring and integrating new employees a fast and paineless process. Cons There are some limitations for integration with other software but this was an issue rarely faced. There is also no app and while this is not essential it feels like this would be commonplace in todays market.
