Their online support help could be a little better (having to repeat yourself after you've filled out the form of what you need) - but they do answer promptly. Pros No coding Easy processing of orders Emails customers on your behalf when you change status of their order Cons Our storefront can't run directly on our non-profit website (like a plugin), only works as a link. An easy way to integrate sales channels to other big sites while still keeping the same required formats. We all know how much work and time goes into listing products and meeting specifications specific to each site, and BigCommerce helps with exactly that! It is super easy to use and get started, and we loved that it also has a 15 day free trial. Very easy to install and set up as well. BigCommerce also does not charge transaction fees, like some e-commerce platforms! Cons The monthly pricing structure can be costly.
