Outstanding and beyond expectations. I shopped around for quite a while before choosing SpiderGap. This is their bread and butter, and it shows.

Pros

Excellent 360 instrument and turn-key process that allowed me to launch our assessment with confidence. The customer service was incredible. 360 evals are a sensitive talent management tool, so I had a lot of questions. Each one was answered thoroughly and with great care.

Cons

There is nothing beyond perhaps a more detailed follow-up process for the Professional Development Plans.

Fantastic and Highly recommend with absolutely no reservations. I love this product and it will be my go to option for 360's.

Pros

The tool is easy to learn, use and distribute and the customer service is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! They were there within minutes to provide any necessary support. Providing coaching from the tool is easy as it presents a clear framework.

Cons

Cutting and pasting elements from the Team report is not intuitive or user friendly. This posed reporting issues. They were overcome, but it could be made much easier with just a couple of simple fixes.

Incredibly positive. Easily the most supportive company for onboarding. Highly personalised set up support, with the service going way over and above what I’d expected. Couple that with the flexibility and ease of use and it’s a no brainer product for me

Pros

The speed to set up and get going. Quick and easy to use. Very shallow learning curve, intuitive platform, highly customisable.

Cons

Currently there’s very little I’ve found that I don’t rate highly to be honest. I’ve had to dig deep to come up with anything: reminders for raters to complete the survey aren’t yet automated. But it’s genuinely a 2 second job!

My experience has been positive from start to finish. The implementation process was simple, and the support has been exceptional. I love the visibility to each step of the process, allowing me to track progress along the way. The reminder emails are very helpful in holding team members accountable. The feedback reports are simple to make meaning from and easy to customize based on your needs. The organization-level reporting is fantastic to identify org-wide trends to inform development opportunities.

Pros

Spidergap is user-friendly and has fantastic support that is available every step of the way. It is a comprehensive, cost-effective tool with functionality that makes it easy to track progress throughout the process.

Cons

I wish there were a way to set limits on how many feedback requests one person can get; however, I realize that is tough for a system to automate.

Excellent in every way. Highly recommend thjs 350 Evaluation tool and process. The process is ery easy to follow. The best 360 Feedback system we have used.

Pros

The 360 Evaluations/feedback is very easy to use, the guides are excellent with prompt responses to emails should we have any queries. Spidergap is good comparative value for money too.The reports are very detailed much i have better than.others I have used.

Cons

We have recently discovered that we can have our own questions although the standard template works very well for us. More detsiled guidence on whether changing these creates any challenges would be helpful.

Overall, fantastic. This is exactly the type of product I was looking for. The pricing is transparent and affordable (no hidden fees or anything like that). Customer Service is extremely helpful, transparent, thorough, professional, and quick to respond during their business hours (I had tons of questions before signing up and they had lots of patience answering them all). I actually have already shared my recommendation of this product with others.

Pros

Easy to learn product, and there are helpful resources to get you up to speed on your first survey. Highly customizable (and easy to do). Affordable, given all the features. If you want a 360 or similar tool that you can customize for your specific needs, this is it. We also use it for mini 360s (aka Pulse Surveys to track progress), works perfectly for that, and the reporting can be customized to make sense for the use case. While we can't use this optional feature (see below), the ability for the person receiving feedback to select their raters through the system, click a button and have their supervisor review and make edits or approve, is an extremely great and time-saving feature, primarily for HR leaders who are running internal 360s.

Cons

Overall, extremely happy with this service. None of this is a deal-breaker, but there are certain small features that could be nice additions, especially for customers like us who manage various client 360s (instead of internally-ran 360s). This includes: the ability to intervene during the rater selection phase (our clients are leaders/coachees at various companies, who, despite giving them clear instructions on how to select their raters, i.e., 3+ peers, direct reports, etc., will still often not follow those instructions. Same with supervisors, who may not know that there are minimums, etc.), so because of that, we have to manually ask the coachees to fill in their raters and get it approved, so that we can review and upload to the system manually. Also, sending reminders is easy to do from the system, however, it would be nice if there was a way to set up automatic reminders, and at a cadence of your choosing. Also, I need to periodically send the coachee an update of who hasn't yet responded, so it would be helpful to be able to quickly sort and export the name, email, and survey link of those remaining, as we often ask the coachee to follow up directly with raters who haven't yet responded as the deadline is coming near.

Excellent Tool and process. I was hesitant, but the hands on support and ease of being able to pay made the entire process effortless.

Pros

Easy to use, profession look and feel. Once I set it up it was effortless. Definitely a great value. My customers also appreciated the email notifications. Looking forward to leveraging the reporting capabilities.
