"Easy 360 Reviews"

**Overall:** Our \[sensitive content hidden\], has been incredibly helpful and the support team is responsive as well. The survey process was easy and the results helped us provide participants with meaningful data that they could use to develop their managerial skills and understand how their teams perceived their managerial style. Overall, a great experience!

**Pros:** Spidergap 360 enabled us to quickly gather 360 feedback for our executives and people managers. It was fairly easy to customize the questions, select reviewers, and gather the responses. The visual spidergap diagram helped to quickly identify areas that needed focus and the qualitative, free-form sections enabled employees to provide specific examples which gave more depth and meaning to the ratings.

**Cons:** The only thing that was challenging about using Spidergap 360 was the inability of the software to keep participants data completely confidential so that the survey admins would not be able to view it. We felt that ensuring the complete confidentiality of the data was critical to helping reviewers feel comfortable providing candid feedback. Our account manager helped us figure out a way around this obstacle however, by using our accounting firm's email account which we could not access, and then, at the end of the survey process, emailing us the anonymized results. Problem solved!
