I was using a Word document to send quotes to clients and realized my conversions were very low. I then started shopping for a service that would be affordable while still looking professional. I tried Quotient and was hooked! It is the most simple, effective, and affordable quoting service I have ever used (and I tried many of them). Using them has increased my conversions and has allowed me to track my quotes much easier! A+ service and product! Love this system. Really saves me time, after the initial inputting of data. Love the fact that you can add photos so easily, and then PDF documents also. Template set up is so straight forward and has probably saved me hours / days compared to the old system I used. Support are always quick to reply and sort issues if there are any. They also go over and above in making suggestions on how best to optimise their system. Always room for improvements, but these guys seem pretty responsive to suggestions... I would highly recommend.

This is by far the best solution I have ever used as far as quoting is concerned. Clients love it, staff loves it and my quotes are getting accepted. Easy to use, integration is seamless.. What's not there to like??? Thanks guys.. keep up the good work

We spend a lot of time quoting daily. Prior to using Quotient we tested our some CRM's with a quoting capability but nothing offered us a simple, quick and efficient way of quoting.

Pros

So easy to use!

Cons

There really isn't many cons to using Quotient.

The software makes sense. Our customers are happy to sign-off on our quotes which means business for us. The search feature is great ( type a persons name , company name, or key word ) and you get instant contact details. I can create quotes quicker than before and get on with other things. I'm enjoying the new ' customer follow up feature'. Following up with customers is something that we all know we need to do, but sometimes get too busy, so it's a quick way to stay engaged.

Finding and then using Quotient has made my life so much easier especially with the pop-up graphics to help illustrate the various offerings we have - very neat and so simple to use! Not only this but it has saved me time - lot and lots of time. The feedback from my customers too is that the quotes are really well presented and much easier for them to understand. As so the conversion of quotes sent is fairly immediate - then onto the next...! Job done!!!

Quotient is an awesome application. Lightweight and user friendly, it has made our quoting process much more streamlined. The dashboard and business information is helpful as well. Being able to modify a quote without resending to the customer, and full integration with many accounting and crm software really has helped us out. Also, whenever we had issues, the customer service was top notch. Within a few days, they found the issue and repaired it!

A big thumbs up for Quotient!!! After using a number of other quoting software's in the past we found Quotient. We haven't looked back. 10/10 for support and 10/10 for ease of use. We love the clean and simplistic interface and the support has been excellent. Best of all we can get quotes out fast! We also use Insightly to manage our contact data base and XERO for invoicing. These two applications tie perfectly into Quotient. Cheers Tony

I have sent about 80 follow ups this morning and in 2.5 hours so far I have had about 4 orders, 4 responses thanking me for following up and advising that they have found another option or not ready yet. And some who said they must have missed the original email. As I am typing this I am receiving more emails. Brilliant and so easy Thank You

I am able to give my clients quotes in seconds . The templates allow me to generate quotes quickly...

Cons

Could use more custom formatting options. I would like to be able to customize the look of the quote more.

Please be careful as I have been caught out twice whilst putting together a complex quite, the save feature does not work, you then get the auto log-in, but at this point you loose everything on the quote you are working on. This is not a criticism, just want to give everyone the heads up. Cut and paste is probably better.

I like that the program is very to use. It's not complicated at all. It's also not difficult to set up either. And it's worth paying for.

I have tried a number of different proposal apps but they all seemed so cumbersome and time consuming. This is not the case with Quotient. It is so easy to use, my customers seem to like it and understand how to collaborate with me on the quotes I send and I couldn't be happier with the solution.
