Just started using Quotient. Have linked it with our QBO account so when an estimate is accepted & invoiced, it is sent to QBO. I am used to a more complex Construction Estimate Program that provides more detail & better reporting, but Quotient is growing on me.

Pros

The efficiency is what I like most about it. I save time and provide a way better quote that impresses my customers and provides added functions

Cons

I would like to see ACH payment options but I can use what I have for now. I don't anything bad to say.

In our sector, we generally struggle to get our Clients to 'sign & return' fee proposals. Since using Quotient, our acceptance & return rate has increased considerably.

Easy and fast quoting system once it's setup. You can see when clients view the quote which has major benefits for conversions. Also it easy for the client to read on all devices - way better than a PDF.

Pros

You can see when a customer views your invoice, so you can ring them straight away which increased your conversion.

Cons

I'd like to be able to attach a covering letter to the quotes to show the scope of the project. Also, you are paying for this when it's not always in use. It would great if they had another payment plan for low quote users and pay per quote sent.
