Sehr "schöne" Mails - sehr ansprechend!

Pros

Wie selbsterklärend es möglich ist, wirklich sehr optisch ansprechende Mails zu verfassen.

Cons

Da ich sehr ähnliche Mails an verschiedenen Adresslisten versende, ist es manchmal nicht einfach, die einzelnen Mails zu unterscheiden und dann die richtige Adressliste hinzuzufügen.

Einfach zu bedienen und tolle, telefonische Unterstützung, wenn es einmal Fragen gab.

Durch das flexible Zahlungsmodell (Bezahlung nach einzelnen Versendungen) sind wir nicht gebunden und können je nach unseren Kapazitäten auch spontan NL verschicken.

Pros

Alles ist selbsterklärend und einfach aufgebaut. Bei Fragen bekommt man schnell eine Antwort vom Support. Die Übersicht zu den bereits versandten NL ist hilfreich.

Cons

Dass im Editor einzele Elemente gespeichert werden wurde erst kürzlich ergänzt, diese Funktion hatte bislang gefehlt.

Rapidmail schien am einfachsten zu funktionieren und nach einem ersten Test wählten wir es gleich aus.

Alles super, bis auf die beiden Punkte oben.

Pros

Der Service ist freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Programm ist leicht zu bedienen mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Ganz toll ist die riesige Bildgalerie zum Auswählen einzelner Fotos.

Cons

Ideal wäre es, wenn man manche Passagen von einem NL in einen neuen einkopieren könnte. Und in meinem Fall wäre es extrem hilfreich, wenn die Kundendaten von der Gambio Shopsoftware in die Rapidmail Software übertragen könnte. Ich benötige immer sehr viel Zeit, die Daten einzeln reinzukopieren.

Wir haben damit einen der führenden Newsletter in unseren Fachgebieten geschaffen. Rapidmail hat dazu beigetragen!

Pros

Rapidmail ist ein ausgereiftes, gutes Programm. Wir haben mehrere Anbieter getestet, und arbeiten nun bereits einige Jahre mit Rapidmail. Die Erreichbarkeit und Kompetenz der Hotline ist wirklich fabelhaft.

Cons

Es gab über die Jahre wenig Neuerungen am Programm. Das hat sich deutlich verbessert. Das Einfügen von gespeicherten Blöcken ist wirklich gut geworden. Ideal wäre die direkte Anzeige von Fehlern oder Bildern die zu groß sind. Schön wäre es, wenn die SPAM-Problematik noch besser gelöst würde.

Alles in allem eine sehr gute und vor allem einfache Software und Komplettlösung für alle, die ohne großen Aufwand Newsletter verschicken möchten.

Pros

Das Produkt ist sehr benutzerfreundlich, die Erstellung der Newsletter ist sehr einfach und man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten. Am besten ist die Einbindung unserer bestehenden Kontaktdatenbank in die Empfängerlisten. Das Hauptargument für diese Software war für uns, dass wir einen Überblick über die Empfänger haben und die Verwaltung über Blacklists etc. quasi automatisch erfolgt und nicht "händisch" von einem unserer Mitarbeiter bearbeitet werden muss.

Cons

Man sollte auf jeden Fall in der Handhabung solcher Software ein Grundwissen aufweisen und keine Angst davor haben, was auszuprobieren. Ich habe ein paar Testdurchläufe gemacht um letztendlich das perfekte Layout für unseren Newsletter zu kreieren.

Wenn man weniger Kunden hat, kann man ein paar einfache Newsletter versenden, allerdings kann man diese leider nicht zu 100 Prozent individuell gestalten. Auch die Dateneingabe der Adressen ist leidee nicht so flexibel wie bei anderen Programmen...

Pros

Die unterschiedlichen und vor allem günstigen Preismodelle

Cons

Das man mit der Software nicht alle Mailings so erstellen kann, wie man das gerne möchte, keine eigenen Icons von Social-Media und keine optimale Adressdatenbank.

Effektive und kostengünstige Möglichkeit Kunden zeitnah und unkompliziert Informationen zu übermitteln.

Pros

Selbsterklärende, übersichtliche Optionen, um Content indivduell zu gestalten. Testansichten und Empfängerverwaltung sowie die Statistiken sind hilfeich

Cons

Was mir fehlt: Es ist nicht möglich Versand an Adressen auszuschließen, die in der deutschen Robinsonliste eingetragen sind, ich kann nur die österreichische anklicken. Viele Firmen mit Standort in D oder A sind in der D-A-CH Region tätig und würden beide Listen anklicken.

Europäisches Unternehmen das die Datenschutzverordnung versteht und einhält. Kundendaten sind damit sicher. Preislich sehr attraktiv. Einfach zu verwenden.
