Pros Der Service ist freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Programm ist leicht zu bedienen mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Ganz toll ist die riesige Bildgalerie zum Auswählen einzelner Fotos. Cons Ideal wäre es, wenn man manche Passagen von einem NL in einen neuen einkopieren könnte. Und in meinem Fall wäre es extrem hilfreich, wenn die Kundendaten von der Gambio Shopsoftware in die Rapidmail Software übertragen könnte. Ich benötige immer sehr viel Zeit, die Daten einzeln reinzukopieren. Rapidmail hat dazu beigetragen! Pros Rapidmail ist ein ausgereiftes, gutes Programm. Wir haben mehrere Anbieter getestet, und arbeiten nun bereits einige Jahre mit Rapidmail. Die Erreichbarkeit und Kompetenz der Hotline ist wirklich fabelhaft. Cons Es gab über die Jahre wenig Neuerungen am Programm. Das hat sich deutlich verbessert. Das Einfügen von gespeicherten Blöcken ist wirklich gut geworden. Ideal wäre die direkte Anzeige von Fehlern oder Bildern die zu groß sind. Schön wäre es, wenn die SPAM-Problematik noch besser gelöst würde. Pros Das Produkt ist sehr benutzerfreundlich, die Erstellung der Newsletter ist sehr einfach und man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten. Am besten ist die Einbindung unserer bestehenden Kontaktdatenbank in die Empfängerlisten. Das Hauptargument für diese Software war für uns, dass wir einen Überblick über die Empfänger haben und die Verwaltung über Blacklists etc. quasi automatisch erfolgt und nicht "händisch" von einem unserer Mitarbeiter bearbeitet werden muss. Cons Man sollte auf jeden Fall in der Handhabung solcher Software ein Grundwissen aufweisen und keine Angst davor haben, was auszuprobieren. Ich habe ein paar Testdurchläufe gemacht um letztendlich das perfekte Layout für unseren Newsletter zu kreieren. Viele Firmen mit Standort in D oder A sind in der D-A-CH Region tätig und würden beide Listen anklicken.
