Excellent customer service and their AI chat is fantastic. I love that you can have your own website and they walk you through to the process. The booking process is simple and fully integrated with the payment portal.

Pros

Ease of use, simplicity, and feature rich that connects with OTAs. The user interface is beautiful and allows the user to customize their own website through the website builder feature. The product has the best value compared to other PM sites.

Cons

Some of the links on the web are outdated concerning info for Lodgify features. It seems that the old features that were from previous version should be sunsetted or treated like bugs/issues.

I am very satisfied and impressed that in this era of AI bots, you can still speak to a human. I can recommend it to any owner.

Pros

Customer service is great, you can talk to a real human, not an AI bot. During the set-up, onboarding and sorting niggles, I spoke to several agents via live meetings to help me set up my links to Airbnb and Booking.com. I had a technical issue and a teckie arranged a online meeting and assisted me immediately. The platform is easy to use once the set-up is comleted. They helped to optimise my website for AI search and got my first few bookings not via the main platforms.

Cons

It was a bit more complicated to set up Booking.com. The support team did help me with an online call.

Great customer service, everything is made easy to start. Even the help chat is verry helpful. As a new user I'm happy to have chose Lodgify

It is very easy of use and well put together for owners, great customer service. Well put together to mage all on one platform

Cons

The invoicing for customers in Quebec is an issue since we can't rename taxes, there is 2 taxes in Quebec and I can't set it from Lodgify

Good so far. We are enjoying the easiness of using it and will be happy to recommend this feature to other friends.

Pros

I like the ease of its appearance on my phone at a glance. It shows immediately the upcoming bookings, highlights the day and gives prices and guests names.

Cons

Nothing to complain about really! We are only fairly new to this platform but so far so good. I look forward to more dealings in the future

Having managed properties across multiple PMS platforms, I find that Lodgify lacks a defining, unique feature or competitive edge that truly distinguishes it from other software on the market

Pros

Lodgify is largely on par with other property management software, offering a familiar set of standard tools. The platform's strongest and most useful capabilities are its automation features, specifically the automated task scheduling for cleaners and the automated guest review system.

Cons

While Lodgify offers standard PMS features, it presents significant operational hurdles for growing portfolios. Managing more than 20 listings becomes inefficient, and the platform lacks critical flexibility, such as the ability to link properties into parent listings. Additionally, the setup for both automated messaging and calendar synchronization is overly complicated, hardware integration is limited for major brands like Yale, and persistent login issues create daily friction. Compounding these technical frustrations is the lack of live human support, leaving users entirely dependent on an AI agent when troubleshooting complex system issues.

Pros

Great interface, especially after the rebrand. Also, really helpful onboarding process- when I get stuck, they would provide individualized help. I needed those screenshots of my actual account sometimes (with all the arrows pointing where to click) 😅

Cons

The learning curve took some time, especially with the taxes/fees settings. Part of this is just the nuance of learning the different platforms too

5 STARS - and there's nothing more important than five star reviews in our industry. The team is such pros.

Pros

LOVE Lodgify - the customer support is unparalleled. I loved the 1:1 onboarding that really addressed my needs directly. Also, the value for money is unmatched by competitors. Just the best!

Cons

I am honestly struggling to find something. Every time I wish there was another feature, the team either rolls it out or has it in development.

So far the pros have outweighed the cons. Next part of the journey with Lodgify is the web page build. Happy with the service provided so far and would recommend the company to others

Pros

As a new user to the world of short term rental Lodgify has made the experience a lot easier to navigate. The people in customer support have been amazing. Patient, professional, polite and above all very knowledgeable. Most of the bugs and issues have been from my lack of knowledge and Lodgufy have always managed to point me in the right direction to fix any and all problems. The software works well integrating with the other platforms for managing bookings and updating the listings for me. So far it has been value for money that I paid. I would recommend the company for new customers who have no idea where to start on there journey as a short term rental owner.

Cons

Some of the links on the self help pages do not correspond with what you are looking at on the platform. I did find it frustrating at times. The IA assistant was at times very repetitive in the answers it gave.

Very good nothing to complain about, very good support from joining Lodgify to getting booked, so overall great experience

Pros

Everything, it is easy to use and great customer support, I can ask any questions I have and get instant answers

Cons

Time it takes to get connected to Google vacation rentals. It may not have to do with Lodgify itself but this is one of the reasons I joined the platform is be visible everywhere

Really good didnt have any problem, its really easy to handle all the tools and put them into practice

Pros

Proffesional plan has a lot of things and its really useful compared to others in the market to be hones

Cons

You cant have 2 bank accounts unless you have the ultimate plan, and i think it is too much considering the things it provides, but profesional plan is perfect
