No help from the company. I would never use them again. Avoid Lodgify at all costs. **Pros:** Not one thing. A complete waste of time and money. Avoid them at all costs. Difficult to use, no help from the help system. **Cons:** The merchant auto-renewed my annual contract without sending a renewal warning email. When I noticed the charge and requested a cancellation, they closed my account but kept 100% of the annual fee, refusing to issue even a pro-rated refund for the 11 months left on the contract. They are keeping money for a service they have cut off access to. Michelle K. It saves me time managing my three (soon to be four) properties. The payment processing is user friendly for both hosts and guests. I find it extremely easy to manage my bookings in one place. **Pros:** The customer support I receive with Lodgify is phenomenal.
