### "Great Support and Clean UI, After a Rough Onboarding"

The onboarding experience was so-so and, honestly, pretty frustrating. I felt like I was handed off to customer support to figure things out instead of being guided through a clear process. The Vrbo integration was especially confusing, and Lodgify wasn’t very helpful there. Thankfully, I found a great contact at Vrbo who knew exactly how to set it up and helped me get everything working. Now that everything is running, the platform is much easier to use and quite powerful. The tech support team, in particular, has been fantastic—they’re responsive, proactive, and genuinely go out of their way to help, which is more than I can say for the onboarding experience. Overall, it’s a strong tool once you’re past the initial setup hurdles. I can see why many stay away given the onboarding process.

Pros

The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the customer service is truly top-notch. The tech support team goes above and beyond to help fix issues and make sure things work properly. Once everything is set up, managing listings and operations becomes very straightforward.

Cons

Some of the workflows for the website and listings feel unintuitive. For example, I sometimes have to publish changes and then go back into the backend to undo or adjust things for them to properly reflect across platforms. It’s a bit of a workaround—odd, but it does work.

We chose Lodgify because it allowed us to set up a payment option for our website that actually works in Guatemala (Payyo). Many competing platforms didn’t support this at all, which was a deal-breaker for us. We also really like the WordPress integration, which made it easy to connect and manage our website alongside our booking system.

### "Best way to setup a direct holiday rental website"

Hugely successful. We get regular direct bookings. People often find us on Google maps after first finding us on Airbnb or Booking.com. We are now taking bookings for our second summer and even though it’s still only February we already have more bookings than last year. Around 50% of bookings come direct, saving a tonne of commission fees that would otherwise go to Airbnb and Booking.com

Pros

With Lodgify I was able to make a professional direct booking website for our gite in France. It synchs calendar availability with Airbnb and Booking.com. Very easy to use and I had my website ready to use within the trial period, making this a zero risk purchase decision. Lodgify made it easy to integrate with a secure payment processing service (Stripe). We use the automated price optimisation facility which gives me a lot of confidence that we are maximising both our daily price and occupancy. The AI help system is REMARKABLE! Virtually all questions I have had were quickly solved. And when I needed human tech support that has been quick and super helpful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had from a software company. Help articles on subjects like SEO have helped me further improve performance. Our property now ranks top for our main search criteria and we have direct bookings via Google maps.

Cons

Integration with Vrbo was too difficult. But that has since been solved and in truth the technical problems were the fault of Vrbo whose technology stack is a hodgepodge of old systems held together with sticky tape, the result of years of acquisitions and cobbled together integration.

My overall experience as been a 9/10. Again, with the exception of a few minor reporting bugs and the lack of some (nice to have) features, Lodgify has delivered on all fronts. I would recommend (and have recomended) this PMS for anyone needing to manage their listings on multiple platforms.

Pros

I have been using Lodgify (Pro) over the last year I have found it to be very useful in managing my two listings across Booking, VRBO, and Airbnb. Additionally, the website builder was also very easy to use and set up. The security of the site seems fairly standard with a 2FA option that I use. Customer support is very helpful with the option to chat or call, and the onboarding process was individualized. Payment for the platform is again fairly standard with the options to pay by month or by the year and the payments are auto drafted. All in all, I have found the platform to be a fair value for the money.

Cons

I have noted a couple of bugs in some of the reporting tools that come with the Pro level subscription. most notably, when Lodgify records the number of nights book they are actually reporting on the number of days booked. This is def not the industry standard as we charge per night in most cases. I have reported the issue months back and it has not be corrected. This particular bug has a downstream effect on other reports such as ADR as well as others. One feature Lodgify does not support and I hope it does soon is the ability to include short videos to the website. This is particularly useful for property walkthroughs and for compelling landing pages.

Having managed properties across multiple PMS platforms, I find that Lodgify lacks a defining, unique feature or competitive edge that truly distinguishes it from other software on the market

Pros

Lodgify is largely on par with other property management software, offering a familiar set of standard tools. The platform's strongest and most useful capabilities are its automation features, specifically the automated task scheduling for cleaners and the automated guest review system.

Cons

While Lodgify offers standard PMS features, it presents significant operational hurdles for growing portfolios. Managing more than 20 listings becomes inefficient, and the platform lacks critical flexibility, such as the ability to link properties into parent listings. Additionally, the setup for both automated messaging and calendar synchronization is overly complicated, hardware integration is limited for major brands like Yale, and persistent login issues create daily friction. Compounding these technical frustrations is the lack of live human support, leaving users entirely dependent on an AI agent when troubleshooting complex system issues.

I couldn’t fault it really! I’ve had a really great experience with the software and support team. The onboarding process was simple and easy and I don’t think I would ever change my software from Lodgify!

Pros

It’s so easy to use! And the support is just better than any other management software I have used in the past! I would recommend this software to anyone and everyone!

Cons

It would be good for Lodgify to show the price of the payout we get on air bnb if that was ever possible - it currently shows the figure before air bnb commission and for accountancy reasons potential refunds it would make it easier to work out what’s is needed

I have been so impressed with the support. From the minute, I signed up I have been helped along the way. If it’s something simple, I email and I get a response back usually in less than 12 hours. I also realize that some of the expense of the website with Lodgify would be offset by lower expenses from VRBO. I am very, very happy with my choice.

Pros

The support of the team has been amazing both via email and phone. And the on boarding to get my webpage up was really fantastic and the person who helped me with above and beyond. I am over the moon about my website.

Cons

I would say the only downside has been that it changed how VRBO works. One thing that was a surprise was that I now collect the VRBO payments. I did have a stripe account already so that was a plus. And since I added on a Booking .com listing as well, the things I needed to do for VRBO were the same thing as I needed to do for Booking.

### "I Could Not Live Without Calendar Sync and "Ka-Ching!""

I've gotten used to using the new calendar format and website overall and find it to be a big improvement over the original.

Pros

Calendar sync. The prevention of double bookings is a HUGE plus. Also, I really like the "Ka-Ching!" sound alert on my cell phone whenever I get a new booking. Makes my day.

Cons

I wish Lodgify could accept credit card payments directly for booking.com reservations. Cancellations and no-shows are killing me with no way to collect the cancellation penalties imposed by booking.com.

La risposta email automatizzate in ogni fase della prenotazione pagamento. La facilità di inserire le strutture. Il sito web messo a disposizione sembra di essere facile ed intuitivo da costruire.

Cons

Durante il colloquio conoscitivo sono stata assicurata di poter creare diversi piani tariffari per la durata di soggiorno personalizzata con i sconti personalizzati per ogni piano. in realtà non è così facile da creare, e devo in autonomia cercare di capire come strutturarlo su booking e airbnb

Still very positive. Access to the lodgify APIs will get me to build what is missing. They offer an app in addition to the website. I will keep them for the long-term.

Very easy to use, great customer support, many features, great website feature with your own domain name

Cons

Missing the Expedia/hotel.com integration. The sync. through VRBO is not really userful for boutique hotels

Great customer service every time I have needed them, they have been super helpful, patient and kind. That is important to me today more than ever!

Pros

Streamlining the amount of work, it takes as a property manager, is what I was looking for. Lodgify allows multiple properties with customized pricing, guest communications and more. It has been pretty easy to use and what is not clear, they are happy to explain. This has been a great tool for me.

Cons

Because messaging is in multiple places it takes me much longer than it should to know what I am working with. I think that process could be set up in a cleaner format.

It’s been very smooth, with only very minor bumps along the way that got fixed without much of any fuss.

Pros

I appreciate how user friendly it is and how quick it is to get my questions answered. The on-boarding they do was very thorough and put me at ease.

Cons

Honestly there really isn’t much. I guess one thing that has come up is the time difference between support and some free webinars they offer but that’s hardly been an issue for me.

We are very happy as it has made our lives so much easier and it is simple to use which I like. We plan to create our own website soon by using the software. We have taken some bookings direct and saved a lot on fees.

Pros

We use Lodgify to help simplify our bookings, sync calendars, messages and have them all in the one place. I like is it simple to use and it works great.

Cons

Was a little hard to navigate setting up channel syncing to start with but after a one on one meeting it was all sorted!

Good overall experience so far, though we are early in the game. I have seen no oncremental increasenin bookings yet but will trust the process over the next couple of months and do my part to build out the Lodgify built in webpage

Pros

Relatively easy to use and set up. Quite intuitive in its listing management. Payment process direct to bank account through the Stripe integration will be great. Customer Support has been timely and overall I feel a great value for the money.

Cons

All the setups of the other channels to be managed was difficult. It woukd be great if there was an infirmation dump to create \[sensitive content hidden\] and VRBO dorectly from Lodgify.

Good experience from on boarding to a year into it. It just helped me very much marriage by listings.

Pros

I appreciate the customer support. The calendar syncs well with Airbnb, VRBO and other platforms. And love the website builder.

Nothing comes to mine really except for possibly maybe the dynamic pricing can be upgraded to be on equal with other dynamic pricing platforms

### "Lodgify onward and upwards"

So far the pros have outweighed the cons. Next part of the journey with Lodgify is the web page build. Happy with the service provided so far and would recommend the company to others

Pros

As a new user to the world of short term rental Lodgify has made the experience a lot easier to navigate. The people in customer support have been amazing. Patient, professional, polite and above all very knowledgeable. Most of the bugs and issues have been from my lack of knowledge and Lodgufy have always managed to point me in the right direction to fix any and all problems. The software works well integrating with the other platforms for managing bookings and updating the listings for me. So far it has been value for money that I paid. I would recommend the company for new customers who have no idea where to start on there journey as a short term rental owner.

Cons

Some of the links on the self help pages do not correspond with what you are looking at on the platform. I did find it frustrating at times. The IA assistant was at times very repetitive in the answers it gave.

### "Could not live without my Lodgify app."

Great customer service, ease of use. Responsive with enquiries. Platform interface is clear and very use friendly.

Pros

You can gain bookings over a number of platforms and manage your business easer and seamlessly. Easy inbox messaging with AI options when communicating with clients.

Cons

Finance and reporting tools are limited on the starter plans. Cannot see the full calendar on my laptop for the month on single use.

Overall, my experience with Lodgify has been very positive. As a newer host with just one property, I’ve found it to be extremely user-friendly and approachable without feeling overly complicated. It gives me exactly what I need to run things smoothly now, without being overwhelming. At the same time, I really appreciate that it’s built to scale. As I grow, I feel confident the platform can grow with me instead of needing to switch systems down the road. I also value the integrations with other services, like insurance, which help simplify the operational side of hosting and make everything feel more streamlined and professional.

Pros

I absolutely love Lodgify. What makes it stand out is that it brings everything together into one unified platform, instead of juggling multiple systems. It makes managing listings across different channels so much easier and far more organized. I especially appreciate how simple it is to track everything in one place without feeling overwhelmed. The fact that it also includes my own direct booking website is a huge bonus and makes my business feel more professional while giving me more control. Overall, it has streamlined my workflow and made managing my rental so much easier. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a centralized, user-friendly solution. Also the customer service has been excellent

Cons

Initial setup requires some upfront effort to connect all platforms and optimize settings. Once it's done it's great, but getting there takes time.

### "Time Saver with Great Customer Support"

Overall, I have had a great experience with Lodgify. It saves me time managing my three (soon to be four) properties. The payment processing is user friendly for both hosts and guests. I find it extremely easy to manage my bookings in one place.

Pros

The customer support I receive with Lodgify is phenomenal. In addition to answering my questions, they follow up with detailed e-mails.

Cons

There are a few bugs that I wish could be worked out (i.e., only allowing even hour check ins and check outs) and wish pricing wasn't quite as expensive.

So far, my experience with Lodgify has been good. I am still learning to navigate the site, but appreciate the features it offers.

Pros

I love being able to control all of my rentals from one place. It makes self-managing them a lot easier.

Cons

Lodgify has been difficult to navigate and I have noticed a lag in the software. I often have to do the same thing twice in the calendar in order for it to show up. For example, in order for me to delete an override price, I have to do it twice before it will reflect. I would really like to be able to send out promotional emails through Lodgify.

Wonderful! Make my life easier! Customer service representatives have all been very helpful and kind. Easy to get in touch.

Pros

Makes it super easy to keep track of the calendar. Everyone is very helpful and easy to get in touch with for help. Also helpful was scheduled call for website marketing set up.

Cons

Some things don’t transfer to all platforms..ie: cleaning fee into Booking. Some glitches with Airbnb adding additional guests after initial booking and not adding charges.

Je suis encore en cours de paramétrage et je n'ai ni reçu de réservation, ni envoyer mes messages automatiques. Il m'est encore trop tôt pour en parler.

Pros

Logiciel très personnalisable et plutot simple de programmation. Possède beaucoup de fonctionnalités.

Cons

Parait un peu complexe au debut car il est difficile de comprendre la difference entre tarif de base, dérogation nocturne et les saisons de tarifs. Mais \[caché sensible contenu\] a su m'expliquer
