I would strongly advise anyone considering to look elsewhere. My experience has been nothing but frustrating from the moment I signed up. The platform is riddled with bugs, and despite having already paid for two months of the subscription, I still haven't even been able to connect my web page. Support has been completely unhelpful. Every time I’ve reached out, I’ve received generic responses or been passed around with no real resolution and pure rudeness from "Support". It’s clear that their support team is either overwhelmed, undertrained, or simply unwilling to provide the assistance customers expect especially for a paid service. Despite the numerous issues I’ve reported, nothing has been fixed and I’ve seen no progress in resolving the problems. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I regret putting any trust or money into this software. If you're looking for a reliable vacation rental management tool, I highly recommend looking at other platforms. Lodgify overpromises and severely underdelivers. Save yourself the headache and avoid signing up with this company.

Pros

Great at selling their product, that's where the positives stop. Initial trial period, building site all works great. Once they've got your money it all goes downhill.

Cons

Everything after signing up. Huge regrets, support is poor, unprofessional and condescending. Site has many bugs and all they're interested is trying to blame other companies before things suddenly start working. Still no live site 2 months after signing up.

We've been very happy with the overall experience. Customer service has been very responsive, helpful, and timely.

Pros

Ease of use and customer support. The software is very intuitive, and integrations seem much easier to use than with other channel managers we've used.

Cons

Onboarding was a little clunky, but only with VRBO, and it may have been outside of 's control. Lodgify made it right though.

### "Strong platform with exceptional onboarding and support"

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. I’m managing a unique property and needed a platform that felt professional, flexible, and capable of handling direct bookings alongside OTA integrations. Lodgify strikes a good balance between usability and advanced functionality. What stands out most is the quality of the onboarding and support teams. Once the initial setup phase is complete, the system becomes much easier to manage and gives a strong sense of control over listings, pricing, and guest communication.

Pros

The onboarding process has been excellent. The people I’ve worked with clearly know the vacation rental industry very well and have been able to explain not just how to use the platform, but also best practices for pricing, channel management, and setup. The interface is modern, clean, and much easier to navigate than many hospitality platforms. Support has also been fast, professional, and genuinely helpful when issues come up.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve at the beginning, especially when connecting multiple channels and understanding how rate plans, syncing, and booking rules interact with each other. Some settings are not always intuitive at first, and because the platform is powerful, it can occasionally feel overwhelming for new users.

Overall I have been very impressed with the platform and have recommended it to others. If the price was a little lower we would be a bit happier.

Pros

I like the ease of managing multiple properties and also the new look of . I have also been impressed with the support that you get when needed.

Cons

The cost is a little expensive, especially as we only have 2 small cottages. I have sometimes found it quite difficult to navigate the menu to find what I need.

I’m very satisfied with Logify and don’t plan on going elsewhere. The support staff is excellent and respond quickly in easy to understand explanations, not full of technical jargon.

Pros

Logify is easy to use once you learn the Program. I am not proficient it technology, however I was able to create my own direct booking website. Customer support is fast and efficient. I like that the calendar syncs with the OTA platforms.

Cons

Learning curve setting up my own direct booking website, however, watching several YouTube videos Inwas able to navigate the set up.

Very nice to handle short term let especially if you have multiple properties. Pleased to be with for 5 months.

Pros

Secured booking and timely messages to the guest. The calendar doesn’t make any conflicts. Efficient in handling bookings.

Cons

Calendar is messy to track at a glance. The website booking and google doesn’t work in UK and also Vrbo.

Impressed. It is hard to impress people wo have been around the block a few times, so my summary of overall experienced is best expressed as Impressed.

Pros

The ease and efficiency of the on-boarding process was impressive. Having specialists in this process who really knew their stuff was a very pleasing confirmation of the product quaity.

Cons

To be fair manipulating prices, for multiple properties would be enhanced by being able to change all properties at the same time.

Pros

Ease of use and single point integration for updating other lodging websites like VRBO, AirBNB, and others. The customer support is stellar. Managing the calendar and payment processing is a breeze.

Nothing. It's a well built, albeit nothing is perfect, outstanding solution for a property owner of a short-term vacation rental.

I'm brand new to being a STR property owner and even before we closed on the duplex I knew I wanted to list my property on multiple OTA's and make my own direct booking site. I did my research and was the solution I chose. Still getting to know the system!

Pros

I find it easy to navigate around the platform and customer support has been extremely responsive. I need to dive into the website builder more in order to create a more interactive platform, but I'm glad gives me that opportunity.

Cons

Lag time exists on email correspondence I receive directly from airbnb to appear in the system.

Uso para gestionar mi alojamiento, y la verdad es que estoy muy contento. Gracias a la plataforma he conseguido automatizar muchas tareas, reducir errores y tener más control sobre el negocio. Me siento mucho más tranquilo sabiendo que todo está sincronizado y que puedo ofrecer una experiencia profesional a mis huéspedes. Lo recomiendo totalmente a cualquier anfitrión que quiera llevar su alojamiento al siguiente nivel.

Pros

Lo que más me gusta de es que me ha facilitado la vida como anfitrión. Puedo gestionar todo desde un solo lugar: reservas, calendario, mensajes, pagos... El channel manager funciona muy bien, y el sistema de automatización me ahorra muchísimo tiempo. También valoro mucho la posibilidad de tener mi propia web profesional con reservas directas, sin comisiones.

Cons

Al principio me costó un poco entender cómo configurar algunas cosas, como las políticas de cancelación o las reglas de precios, porque la interfaz no siempre es muy clara. Pero una vez que le coges el ritmo, todo fluye. El soporte técnico es bueno, aunque a veces hay que esperar un poco más de lo deseado.

Insgesamt haben wir sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht, alle Mitarbeiter sind kompetent, freundlich und immer bemüht zu helfen. Es ist einfach und macht Spaß mit dem Buchungssystem zu arbeiten, vor allem ist es prima, dass man sehr viele Informationen etc. noch individuell einstellen kann.

Sehr moderne, übersichtliche und durchdachte Darstellung der Webseite, viele Kleinigkeiten, die die Buchungsverwaltung vereinfachen. Sehr guter und bemühter Kundenservice von der ersten Anfrage über das Onboarding bis zu aktuellen Fragen.

Cons

Es wäre schön, wenn man Kinderpreise eingeben könnte sowie einen Belegungsplan integrieren könnte, aus dem die Gäste direkt auf der Startseite der eigenen Homepage die freien Zeiten erkennen können. Auch unterschiedliche Preise für Wochenende/in der Woche ab der dritten Person könnten noch einfacher einzugeben sein als über die Saisonpreise.

Interfaccia intuitiva e moderna: la piattaforma è facile da usare anche per chi non ha esperienza tecnica. Costruire il sito è stato semplice i contenuti sono ben organizzati. Abbastanza rapido il supporto clienti.

Cons

Un aspetto che andrebbe migliorato riguarda la visibilità delle tariffe scontate sui canali OTA come Airbnb. Anche se posso impostare gli sconti e le promozioni direttamente dal sito web, l’ospite che prenota tramite Airbnb spesso non vede il prezzo scontato, il che può generare confusione e ridurre l’efficacia delle offerte. Sarebbe importante che le tariffe scontate siano sempre visibili e correttamente sincronizzate su tutti i canali.

Mon expérience globale avec a été très positive. La création de mon site internet s’est faite facilement grâce aux outils intuitifs proposés, et le channel manager m’a permis de centraliser mes réservations sur toutes les plateformes sans risque de doublons. C’est un logiciel complet et efficace pour gérer son activité locative.

Initial setup was fairly smooth. There is some duplication of work required with Airbnb, but I don't believe that is 's fault.

Customer service with was good during my review of the service. Initial setup went fairly well.

Cons

Once I purchased, customer service has been very poor; often unresponsive to multiple requests. A discount promised during the sales process was not honored and attempts to resolve have gone unanswered.

ist ein sehr umfangreiches Tool, welches fast alle Vermieterprozesse unterstützt. Man muss sich schon eingehend mit allen Funktionen beschäftigen, um alles korrekt einzurichten. Dies kostet zunächst Zeit, die dann hoffentlich im täglichen Geschäft eingespart werden kann. Es ist eine große Erleichterung, wenn man aus Lodgify die gesamte Gästekorrespondenz für die wichtigsten Buchungsplattformen erledigen kann. Das gleiche gilt für die Pflege der Preise und Verfügbarkeiten.

My experience with so far has been pleasant. The representative was succinct, detail-oriented, and did a wonderful job presenting information in a way that was easy to understand. They were patient, clear, and professional — a true asset to your company.

Pros

What impressed me most about was the representative I worked with. They were able to meet me exactly at the point I was at in the process, understand my situation, and then clearly explain and walk me step-by-step through to the point I needed to get to. That human ability to listen, adapt, and guide was what made me a customer today. No amount of automation, tutorials, or knowledge bases could have replaced the clarity and trust that came from that conversation.

Cons

Nothing yet. My hope is that the type of personal, human-centered experience I had today translates into a long-term business relationship.

### "All in one software"

Very responsive team but everything is by email for the most part. The representative who did the initial setup call was amazing and was very helpful.

Pros

I like that it integrates the calendars and payment options and comes with statistics to help me manage the property.

Cons

Given the location of the property in Costa Rica, my payment options were limited and was not able to use the pay cleaner service. I also wish I ye website builder was more user friendly and that was automatically marketed.

### "We Love Lodgify!"

Excellent, really appreciate the great customer service and the dedication to resolve issues ASAP. Help articles are generally useful as well.

Pros

All-in-one PM system with all built-in functionality. Excellent customer support. Generally intuitive ease of use and constant rollout of new features that continually improve the product - e.g. Schlage lock integration, integrated pricing manager to help minimize excess 3rd party platform fees.

Cons

Would be nice if website builder allowed for a bit more customization to improve the overall look and feel of the site - for example, while it is functional, the photo gallery feature is limited - would it be possible to create a photo gallery experience more like AirBnB where users can view all photos at once, then select specific ones they're interested in zooming in on? Right now, having to use only the arrows to scroll through the gallery is cumbersome.

### "Great Functionality but Poor Connectivity Support"

Both positive and negative. needs to focus on meeting the needs of Property Managers who regularly change and gain rentals with the proper support, tools, and resources. The Connectivity team needs to offer phone support and an account manager should be assigned to each client so that when there are urgent or unresolved issues. I have offered this feedback to Lodgify on numerous occasions over the past 2.5 years that I have been a client and have never gotten a response, so I feel comfortable sharing it in a review in hopes that they will make more positive changes and they will continue to get better and better with time.

Pros

meets my needs for managing 14 properties for an affordable price (about $340 per month). It is reliable in syncing calendars to prevent double bookings, and managing pricing and fees. It has a slick feature where you can flip between all your properties to make one change on a particular page (pricing for example). It's pretty user friendly for basic property management functions. The dashboard is a great feature and the automated responses are great. It also works well for managing direct bookings as well as platform bookings all in one place. Customer support is responsive and effective for getting quick help for basic platform management and functions. The website builder is basic but effective. I am hoping they will improve their design features moving forward, but I have noticed that Lodgify is regularly making improvements to many of their features, and that is appreciated very much! It is highly defintely effective for the day to day management of your properties.

Cons

Three things: Starting up as a new customer was extremely slow, time-consuming, and frustrating. Primarily because their training material is not written in a simple, straight-forward sequential process with steps. Rather, it is organized as a list of topics so you have to scour over pages of info to find what you are looking for. Second thing: Onboarding new rentals takes about a week per rental, and I am very computer savvy. Customer support tries, and they are nice, however, there are no manuals or directions geared for onboarding new properties on all the main platforms easily, and there is no live phone support for connectivity. Live support for simple issues is great, but anything related to connecting new rentals requires email communication and waiting. Their connectivity team tries to respond in writing within 24 hours and often the issues are complex. They also respond in the middle of the night and if you are unable to fix things with their guidance, you won't hear back until the following night. Most recently it took me 4 weeks to resolve payment issues for 5 of my rentals, which resulted in massive cancellations. They never did send me instructions in writing. I understand the complexity because Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, etc., all have different policies that impact connectivity and they change over time as well. They could easily solve the problem by organizing their training materials more effectively. I have developed my own manual for onboarding properties that is beginning to work for me. I have it down to three days if I'm lucky and all the stars align. 3rd thing: Most of the 'Property Manager Modules' for managing work such as cleaning and communication for your team, have no value and aren't effective for use for my properties - I deal with vacation rentals, primarily luxury homes. Perhaps they are better for Hotel rooms, I am unsure. If I were only rating the day-to-day functionality of the platform, I would give 4-5 stars, but since onboarding new rentals is so ineffective, and time-consuming, I have to go with 2 stars.
