Generally good. We implemented during the end of March & as business was starting to slow down for the season. It's a little frustrating but we've done everything right to get our beautiful property out there. Hopefully things will improve soon....trusting that Lodgify will help us manage all platforms.

Pros

The ability to manage all my listings in one place. Be able to contact support and generally get great assistance.

Cons

No fault of Lodgify's but Google Vacation Properties is slow to reply meanwhile we have no choice but to wait. And did not like the extra charges (EUR 25.00) for Onboarding Call with an invoice I can't see.

Great interface, especially after the rebrand. Also, really helpful onboarding process- when I get stuck, they would provide individualized help. I needed those screenshots of my actual account sometimes (with all the arrows pointing where to click) 😅

Cons

The learning curve took some time, especially with the taxes/fees settings. Part of this is just the nuance of learning the different platforms too

Pros

Les aspects que je trouve les plus intéressants et pratiques sont le channel manager et la tarification automatique.

Cons

Je pense que le logiciel pourrait être optimisé avec une ergonomie plus simple et plus intuitive pour gagner en efficacité. Le site de réservation en ligne n'a également aucun intérêt puisqu'il ne nous a ramené aucune réservation en 2 ans.

the only thing which this tool cannot yet provide is the AI crawlers for the website. but i hope one day developers can provide this as well. young people now adays search for accommodation with AI so this should be a "must have".

Bis zum heutigen Zeitpunkt sehr gefällt es mir sehr gut. Weiteres wird sich im Laufe der Zeit herausstellen und eine qualifizierte Bewertung kann nach einem Nutzungsjahr erfolgen.

Der Chanelmanager und die PM Module sind sehr gut. Auch vorgefertigte Nachrichten finde ich sehr gut, sowie die Preisanpassungen für die einzelnen Portalen. Das Design ist sehr übersichtlich und das Programm ist nach einem kurzen Kennenlernen gut zu bedienen.

Cons

\- Gastzugang für die aktuellen Buchungszahlen für Eigentümer wäre sehr hilfreich. - Synchronisierung mit den einzelnen Buchungsportalen wäre breit gefächert besser. (Das wird aber sicher an den Portalen und nicht an Lodgify liegen)

Pros

The ability to unify multiple merchant platforms and create my own website for direct bookings. It was super easy to implement.

Cons

The thing I enjoyed least was the messaging in the application. It seems as though all messages are marked as coming from me even when it's another user.

I’ve been on the platform for the past 3 to 4 months. It’s been amazing. I really really like the easy as website creation tool. I also like the channel connection set ups. It’s intuitive.

Pros

Onboarding was good, able to set up my site and also connect with all leading rental platforms easily.

Cons

The main worry about Lodgify is the cost hike after the first year. I’m not clear how much the price might jump after the initial first year promotion is done.

I am very satisfied and impressed that in this era of AI bots, you can still speak to a human. I can recommend it to any owner.

Pros

Customer service is great, you can talk to a real human, not an AI bot. During the set-up, onboarding and sorting niggles, I spoke to several agents via live meetings to help me set up my links to Airbnb and Booking.com. I had a technical issue and a teckie arranged a online meeting and assisted me immediately. The platform is easy to use once the set-up is comleted. They helped to optimise my website for AI search and got my first few bookings not via the main platforms.

Cons

It was a bit more complicated to set up Booking.com. The support team did help me with an online call.

synchronisation des calendriers. vision globale. tarifs estimés en fonction du marché. regroupement des plateforme

Cons

L'assistance pour la mise en place de booking est insuffisante. Il faut un tuteur spécial dédié à cette plateforme dont l'interface est plutôt mal fait.cela aboutit a des erreurs qui peuvent entrainer des catastrophes. (ce qui arriva dans mon cas) . Il faudrait proposer aux clients premium une assistance un peu plus longue si ils le désirent.

Tout est pensé pour simplifier la gestion de propriétés. Lodgify permet de développer son activité. Une seule interface permet à la fois de gérer les différents canaux, mais aussi son propre site internet. L'accompagnement par \[caché sensible contenu\] m'a permis de gagner du temps dans la prise en main de Lodgify.

Cons

Il faut prendre le temps de bien configurer Lodgify et s'adapter aux spécificités des différents canaux. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'intégration avec Gîtes de France et GreenGo.

Set up support was amazing but would have been great to have had a second session. Overall I am pretty impressed, I especially like their ongoing development and how I can be involved as a user.

Pros

Great Customer Support. The aim was to simplify management of the various booking sites and get more direct bookings. I'm still trying to streamline all these. I like how ai transforms my brief messages into something more costumer friendly! Saves a lot of time.

Cons

I don't find the website easy to edit. It's expensive, especially when you want to use all the extended features

Le logiciel fait ce qui est le plus important cad les connectivités avec les principaux OTA. Il manque quelques fonctionnalité qui peuvent rendre l'utilisation plus complete et fluide. L'integration se fait en 3 rdv plus ou moins espacés, c'est un peu juste meme si \[caché sensible contenu\] à été tres efficace, il faudrait 15 jours apres la pratique un rdv de revision avec l'assistance pour chesker les différents pb qui subsistent.

Pros

Connectivité qui s'annonce bien mais tous mes OTA ne sont pas encore fonctionnels. Il me manque Vrbo Abritel et Google. C'est le plus important ! Regroupement des messages, message IA, assistance, ...

Cons

On ne peut pas ventiler Nom du client , société, adresse, sur la création d'une reservation, pourtant c'est important et cela se reporte ensuite. Pas de fichier client, il faut tout ressaisir si le clent revient. Pour l'instant impossible de faire une politique 3 nuits mimi et 6 maxi pour les reservations courtes ! Site web limité en fonctionnalités mais fiche de contact hyper rapide.

Paradoxalement, fonctionnalités assez bien développées mais qui ne se rentabilisent pas car nous avons besoins de nouveaux client et de fiabiliser les anciens.

From day one it's been a huge time saver. The interface is so into an easy use, and their website builder was spectacular.

Pros

The booking management system is second, and then it saved us so much time, money and frustration and unlimited double bookings completely

Cons

There's really nothing I don't like about Lodgify. It's just made our life so much easier given we have multiple booking platforms and limited time.

mala la verdad, yo vendo software y conozco el valor de esto pero que triste que tengan personas en su equipo que les importe poco su trabajo al punto de ofrecer una mala experiencia a un cliente nuevo

Es muy bueno para conectar multiples canales en uno pero tiene muchas falencias en customizaciones, deberian integrarse facil con google calendar o google review system

Lo dificil que es recibir ayuda, parece que todos los que trabajan en lodgify viven de mal genio, mis primeras interacciones han sido horribles: 1. Pregunte algo en servicio al cliente y antes de resolverme la pregunta la chica ya habia dicho gracias por contactarnos. bye 2. Agende un demo con \[contenido sensible oculto\] para el domingo el cual el no se presento y la proxima disponibilidad era para 5 dias desde esa fecha. 3. Me conecte en un onboarding con \[contenido sensible oculto\], el cual fue completamente inutil pues \[contenido sensible oculto\] se dedico mas a explicar lo que el queria explicar de la manera mas rapida posible sin siquiera escuchar mis preguntas o lo que yo queria obtener de la plataforma. Se siente que las personas de ventas con las que tuve interaccion se dedican a cobrar un cheque y ya, poco interes para ayudarle a los nuevos usuarios de lodgify

Molto buona. L'onboarding è stato utilissimo ed ha risolto alcuni dubbi che avevo. La versione web rispetto all'app è più completa / intuitiva.

Pros

La centralizzazione della gestione in maniera chiara ed intuitiva. La gestione delle singole stanze chiara.

Cons

Il fatto che non sia possibile impostare dei messaggi personalizzati che si attivano solo quando un ospite compila il check in. Purtroppo ci sono solo opzioni temporali. Sembra inoltre che un utente che prenota da booking senza essere registrato non riceva i messaggi pre impostati. Sarebbe utile avere la possibilità a calendario poter spostare un ospite di stanza dopo la prenotazione.

le molteplici opzioni per modificare e aggiornare le varie prenotazioni, la possibiltà di gestione in un unico spazio le varie Ota e le prenotazioni dirette

Cons

l'unica possibilità di usare solo stripe come modo veloce dei pagamenti, e magari sarebbe interessante dare possibilità anche ad altri operatori come Sumup o altri.

Facile d'accès et clair, l'aspect positif et qu'il est en français, donc compréhensible, et cela est très important pour l'utilisateur de se sentir à l'aise.

Franchement je débute sur Lodgify, mais pour l'instant je ne vois pas de produits non appréciés, avec le temps je pourrai mieux répondre

Mi experiencia con Lodgify ha sido excelente. Intuitivo, eficaz y con soporte rápido. Facilita mucho la gestión de propiedades vacacionales.

Pros

Me encanta sus integraciones, hacen la gestión mucho más fácil. Todo sincronizado y funcionando sin problemas. ¡Una herramienta imprescindible!

Cons

Falta un widget en la aplicacion movil para visualizar sin entrar el estado de las reservas o la agenda.

Un peu difficile à comprendre sur comment le construire et synchronisation. Le calendrier est un peu difficile à travailler avec. Airbnb est plus facile.

Pros

Création du site web Création de devis Aspects du site J'aime bien le site en général, visuellement beau.

Cons

Le changement du calendrier Modifications page web sur le cellulaire est impossible Aucun 2e rendez-vous possible.

Hay que hacer muchas modificaciones antes de activar la plataforma Hay que activar pagos para vrbo Hay que tener conocimientos de informatica aunque ellos te ayudan en todo momento
