Die Hausaufgaben und die Androhung einer Fee 25$ bei Nichtteilnahme setzten einen unter Druck. Schlussendlich war der Support aber sehr geduldig und hat wichtige Dinge gemeinsam gegengecheckt. Pros Gute Integration / Vorkonfiguration und Verwaltung über einen Account von mehreren Portalen. Leider klappt nicht alles reibungslos in dem Abgleich der Portale. Ausführliche Hilfethemen/ Knowledge Bereich. Persönliches Onboarding mit Hausaufgaben zur Einrichtung der Accounts: Booking, AirBNB, Vrbo -hier klappt die Integration nicht ganz reibungslos. Cons Die CSS Möglichkeiten der Webseiten template könnten besser sein. Diese sind recht rudimentär. Ein paar Übersetzungsfehler gibt es noch. Das Blocken eines Zeitfensters für die Reinigungszeit funktioniert nur mit 1x oder 2x Tagen, dafür werden dann 2 bzw. 4 Tage geblockt, warum ich nicht einen halben Tag nach der Buchung angeben kann?- Technisch einfach umzusetzen und sehr wichtig! Funktioniert aber "noch" nicht. Somit muss ich jetzt bei jeder Buchung den letzten Tag manuell blocken.. Manchmal wie beschrieben noch nicht ganz zu Ende gedacht, was dann hoffentlich zügig nachgebessert wird. Ansonsten an viel gedacht. Ich musste, um die Webseite schlussendlich zu sehen, ein Abo abschließen, da meine zwei Wochen Testzeitraum schon lange mit meinem Account abgelaufen waren. La piattaforma è semplice da usare, funzionale e molto adatta sia per chi inizia sia per chi ha già esperienza nella gestione di proprietà turistiche. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è rappresentato dalle persone: un ringraziamento speciale a Maria per il supporto puntuale, professionale e sempre disponibile. Avere un’assistenza così preparata e vicina fa davvero la differenza. Ottimo lavoro! Pros Quello che mi è piaciuto di più di Lodgify è sicuramente la sua intuitività. La piattaforma è facile da usare, ben strutturata e permette di gestire gli annunci e le prenotazioni in modo davvero efficace. Anche la possibilità di centralizzare le prenotazioni da diversi canali con molta semplicità è un enorme vantaggio. Avevo un altro channel manager prima, non c'è paragone! Cons L’unico aspetto che migliorerei è la gestione dei pagamenti se fattibile, ma non credo che altri channel manager lo facciano... : attualmente Lodgify non consente di includere tutti i pagamenti, come ad esempio quelli dagli ospiti e quelli verso fornitori o altri paganti esterni. Too complicated " June 12, 2025 4.0 I didn’t have contact with anyone till I cancelled so I can’t tell you what the onboarding experience would have been. Pros I liked the look of the platform and the platform calendar sync feature. I loved the idea of saving me time. Cons It’s way too complicated. Too many features and too many steps to get it all functioning. For me, I lasted a couple of weeks and deleted it and cancelled out of pure frustration. I’m 56, quite tech savvy for my age .. and I couldn’t confidently get it up and running. L'ajout de Booking m'a déjà permis de décrocher des réservations supplémentaires. J'ai également pu mettre en place aisément mon site internet de réservation ce qui va me permettre de répondre à certaines demandes spécifiques de passer en direct. Je suis globalement très satisfait après quelques mois d'utilisation, même si je suis encore en train d'ajuster la configuration. Pros Le logiciel est robuste, la synchronisation des prix avec les différentes plateformes (AirBnB, Booking, ...) fonctionne très bien, l'intégration Pricelabs également. La messagerie intégrée fonctionne très bien également. L'outil de création de site internet est simple à prendre en main et le site généré par défaut est plutôt esthétique. Lodgify intègre de nombreux partenaires et continue d'en ajouter régulièrement. Depuis la création de mon compte il y a quelques mois j'ai déjà constaté de nombreuses améliorations et fonctionnalités sur la plateforme. L'équipe support est très réactive et les réponses fournies sont à chaque fois très précises et pertinentes. Cons Le prise en main est un peu complexe, surtout pour la configuration initiale des channels manager, mais une fois en place ça tourne bien. La vue calendrier mériterait d'être un peu améliorée, notamment la vue unique qui n'affiche même pas les prix et nous oblige à travailler sur la vue multi sur une seule ligne, même si on a un seul logement. L'intégration à Abritel (Vrbo) laisse à désirer, mais je crois que le problème bien plutôt du côté d'Abritel qui est franchement médiocre et bugué... Pros Lodgify ist sehr einfach einzurichten und hat alle wichtigen Funktionen die ich für die Vermietung meines Apartments benötige! Eine eigene Buchungs-Website die recht gut zu gestalten ist. Einen Channel Manager mit dem ich alle wichtigen OTA's anbinden kann. Einen Kommunikationsbereich in dem ich OTA übergreiffend mit den Gästen kommunizieren (Manuelle und automatischen Nachrichten) Einbindung eines Online Payments für die abrechnung der Gästezahlungen. Cons Lodgify ist eigentlich fast perfekt! Wenn ich aber noch etwas wünschen dürfte wären das folgende Punkte: Verbesserung des Websitebaukastens. (Mehr gestalterischen Freiheit) Erweiterung der externen Widgets für z.B. die eigene Website (z.B. Just a bland platform with nonspecial bells or sparkles. Pros Ease of use and interactions with all of the booking sites. Cons The added costs for nearly everything othet than absolute bare minimum for the software. Want a simple report..you have to pay more for that, want to see your payment history from a vendor...you have to pay more for that, want to see metrics...you have to pay more for that. For $500 a year..you get zero reports, zero insight, just a basic platform. At minimum we receieve no less than 2 emails about "upgrading our plan" additional hundreds for basic reporting functions that should be included as bare minimum in your software.
