Very happy with the functions, ease of use, and integrations with Air bnb and VRBO. I would recommend to any other vacation rental owners.

Pros

Ease of use and calendar. Ability to utilize the app on iphone and ipad. Visibility of customer payments made and remaining balances.

Cons

The reports are only available with the premium subscription. Sometimes there is a delay in messages received from Air BnB customers.

Es una pagina web bastante intuitiva, el formato que tiene me gusta para alquiler de casas vacacionales

Cons

Me parece un poco caro, tanto la tarifa mensual como la anual. Si se pagan esos importes, creo que no deberían cobrar por las transferencias o el uso de Dynamic Pricing

Overall my experience has been good. Although I just discovered an issue with my website not loading from Google.

Pros

I like that made it easy to create a website for my short term rental and allow me to connect Stripe for direct bookings. Having one inbox and one calendar with emails that send automatically helps streamline my business. So far I really like the platform.

Cons

I don't like that I have to pay for insurance for all bookings and not just direct bookings. VRBO bookings have travelers pay for insurance but I still have to pay Safely. Also, I just realized my website is not loading when I try to book from Google.

Everything, it is easy to use and great customer support, I can ask any questions I have and get instant answers

Cons

Time it takes to get connected to Google vacation rentals. It may not have to do with itself but this is one of the reasons I joined the platform is be visible everywhere

Insgesamt fühlt sich alles sehr durchdacht und benutzerfreundlich an. Ich freue mich darauf, das volle Potenzial der Plattform zu entdecken.

Pros

Mir gefällt besonders, dass eine echte All-in-One-Lösung ist. Die Bedienung ist sehr intuitiv, alles ist gut strukturiert und man findet sich schnell zurecht – auch als Neueinsteiger.

Cons

Da ich noch relativ neu bin, kann ich noch nicht alle Funktionen beurteilen. Was mir bisher aufgefallen ist: Der Website-Baukasten bietet nur eingeschränkte Möglichkeiten, was individuelle Anpassungen betrifft – hier würde ich mir etwas mehr Flexibilität wünschen.

\[caché sensible contenu\] s’est bien occupé de moi même si je trouve que cela passe trop vite j’aurais aimé plus de temps auprès d’elle !

Je suis contente d’avoir pu avoir les Visios passées ensemble lors de nos entretiens car j’ai eu besoin de les revisionner !

Cons

Le premier retour que j’ai c’est que sur la plate-forme les dates sont bloqués par les soins mais les gens ont le sentiment que c’est libre car pas bloqué sur l’agenda principal, celui où on en a pas encore cliqué sur une chambre … même si après on ne peut aller plus loin puisque les chambres sont non reservables à ces dates les gens veut devant ce calendrier … après c’est le retour client Maintenant je n’ai aucune réservation je ne m’attendais pas à ce lancement aussi mou !!

Pros

Une fois qu'on est familiarisé avec les menus et sous-menus, la clarté et l'instantanéité des enregistrements au fur et à mesure des ajouts ou modifications sont un plus

Pros

L'accompagnement à la mise en place, mais aussi la possibilité de créer son propre site web tout en mettant en place dans le même temps mes annonces.

Cons

Beaucoup de temps passé à chercher comment faire certaines choses alors qu'il y a déjà bcp de détails à mettre en place... mais on y arrive ! La possibilité de créer son contrat de location et son attestation de séjour (à l'étude si j'ai bien compris)

Cons

I love how every lodging site is integrated

Cons

Definitely a learning curve but the on board person, \[sensitive content hidden\], was wonderful and patient. I wish the program could collect credit card payment info without the guest making a deposit. It creates an extra bookkeeping step

I really enjoy being able to present a website that’s super simple for guests to navigate. The onboarding process made it even easier for me to launch our new business.

Pros

Ease of setup and the available help! They make it simple to look very professional. My guests were ready to book immediately without a hitch.

Cons

So far I’ve found no negative aspects to using . When I did hit an obstacle with my existing domain the Lodgify team went above and meting to walk me through the issue (on my end).

Onboarding clearly outlined everything i needed to do, setting up the website was extremely simple, and the calendar sync ( once the bugs got panned out) has been flawless.

Pros

They provide ample support, with a knowledgable staff. Getting started was made headache free because of the free demo call, and free onboarding sessions.

Cons

Ive never used a channel manager before, but it was a long process to get everything synced. Maybe this is normal though.

L’onboarding è stato specifico e accurato. Chiaramente bisogna anche “studiare” dopo i preziosi consigli che si ricevono ma è un buon trampolino per lavorare bene

Pros

È completo sotto molti aspetti e semplifica moltissimo un lavoro che deve essere meticoloso perché una buona gestione crea fiducia

Cons

La messaggistica non viene tradotta come su Airbnb sarebbe un aspetto da migliorare perché aiuta a far perdere meno tempo

La experience es buena pero no debería de pagar por todo lo que realmente marca la diferencia, si pago por algo premium debería de estar todo incluido.

Sencillez es muy intuitiva me gustó eso todo muy claro y muy amplio y útil en general está muy bien pero no me gusta pagar extras para el año que viene buscaré otra opción que lo incluya todo

Que hay que pagar por todo lo importante un extra todo lo que es algo que lo diferencia hay que pagar por ello

Abonnement pris il y a moins d un mois. Trop peu d expérience

Pros

Simplicité d utilisation, proximité avec la plateforme Airbnb que J utilise majoritairement

Cons

Je pense que la partie comptabilité n a rien a faire sur l abonnement « haut de gamme ». Plus de 60€ mensuel pour un simple % de réservation le parrait être excessif

I am very satisfied so far and another reason is because I installed it myself without help. I have already recommended it to friends of mine who have accommodation.

Pros

It has easy navigation and a user-friendly interface. In addition, the cost for the owner with an accommodation is not very high.

Cons

1.that I can't see the views of my accommodation. 2. the long format view of the calendar with the prices. I prefer per month.

Muy buena atención al cliente. Me ha atendido Andreea Dobrin y el acompañamiento para iniciarte en la plataforma es de diez.

Pros

Facilidad de uso, utilidades y fantástica atención al cliente. El acompañamiento para la primera conexión es perfecto.

Cons

La conexión con Airbnb y Booking es lenta y compleja. Supongo que no es problema de , pero aun así resulta un trámite bastante pesado.
