A experiência foi boa. A ajuda online no onboading foi excelente. As instruçōes tem textos demasiado longos. E os videos são chatos porque explicam tudo o que o oferece (o que já se sabe, pois por isso se fez o contracto) e não monstram como fazer o que se pretende.

O onboarding e a maneira fácil de gerar a página individual

Cons

Não estar claro que a ligação com as plataformas (airbnb e booking) não funciona se formos nós a fazer com o ical link. Essa informação faltou e fez-me perder muito tempo à procura de resolver os problemas, que por isso ocorreram.

Mi experiencia está siendo muy positiva aunque aún estoy a la espera, pues tarda un mes aproximado, de conectar con Google. Una vez lo tenga, los viajeros verán mi precio directo y el de las plataformas, por lo que espero que aumenten las reservas sin tener que pagar tantas comisiones.

Am Anfang war alles für mich neu und ich war tatsächlich etwas überfordert! Da ich mich noch nicht auskannte, war ich leider etwas enttäuscht im ersten Moment und vor allem auch nicht zufrieden mit meiner ersten Ansprechpartnerin. ....Nachdem umgehend das Team von auf meine erste Bewertung/ Nachricht reagiert hatte, wurde mir schnellstmöglich eine neue Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung gestellt und ein weiterer Ansprechpartner per Email, hatte mich dann sehr gut unterstützt beim weiteren Verlauf der Einrichtung. Nun habe ich ein sehr gutes Gefühl, da ich bestens betreut bin und das System läuft und online ist. Hoffe das bleibt auch nun so! :-) Vielen Dank für eure Unterstützung!

Ein komplettes System zur Immobilien- & Ferienhaus-Vermietung! Einrichtung des Objekt, Einstellung der Kalender, Preise und allen Schnittstellen möglich. Und die liebe "\[caché sensible contenu\]" meine aktuelle Ansprechpartnerin, hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht in Sachen Betreuung, Begleitung und Umsetzung! Vielen Dank dafür!

Experience has been good overall. I moved over specifically because the booking website offered a lot more customization options than my previous PMS.

Pros

Pricing was competitive compared to other PMS platforms. Customization options on the booking website was a huge bonus.

Cons

UI is a little clunky. The settings could be a little overwhelming for someone who hasn't had experience with other PMS platforms.
