Pros

The software is intuitive and easy to navigate. I like the file permission settings- inviting users can be done quickly.

Cons

Too many emails and phone calls asking if I need help? we've set it up and are using it, if a problem arises I'll certainly reach out.

Easy to use. Many other VDR options are too complex for administrators and users. SecureDocs is very intuitive.
