OnetoOne Text drives several cost savings in the process. For example, you do not need to invest in file sharing software to interact with your customers. Then, there are nifty and useful custom features within the solution. These help craft a personal response to customers and, in effect, enhance your brand. However, OnetoOne Text should consider improving its user interface to make it less cluttered and simple. In addition, the application┬┐s website could also do with a makeover so that potential customers will find it easy to connect with the application. Similarly, the current suite of reports should be extended to provide richer detail about customer interactions and chats.
