Sometimes for a friend in need and mostly for myself. The process is easy, the results are fast and off you go. It is smart and easy. I do realize you can buy hard copy gift cards in many places and some online sites let you add value to their accounts and such, but it needing to connect the dots fast, check out CashStar eGift cards and see what there is that fits your need in the moment. Welldone. Pros So simple, so smart and free to get a digital e-gift card for many needs in a very little amount of time. I think it is excellent if you are a smartphone user or have an urgent need and perhaps have to maneuver funds or needs quickly. If you use store apps this is great as the e gift card can usually be added easily. Sometimes you can't find or buy what you want from the merchant or get lostin the sea looking. Not so much here. Cons I wish there was more flexibility with dollar amounts and increments. Sometimes you need just a little or you are trying to burn off an old traditional gift card and a CashStar card might have a $10 or $25 minimum. But in all it can be fine. Review Source AK Ashley K. I use the one at my local CVS pharmacy and have redeemed several gift cards for amazon. It is fast, easy and there are so many retailer options to choose from. Pros When redeeming a gift card it only takes about one business day to process and receive the card to use. The app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It can be used with CoinStar machines which is great! Cons There are some gift cards that people outside of the US cannot get customer service for. Other than that I have no other problems with the app or its redeeming process. I appreciate that the platform connects to the vendor I most frequently purchase from (Starbucks) and without ever leaving the website I can apply funds directly to my Starbucks gift card account. Pros Cashstar allows for gift cards to be redeemed virtually. Some vendors allow the redeemer of the gift certificate to apply it to their other virtual account (example: Starbucks) and it seamlessly connects to the appropriate app. Cons Some customer service issues are managed by Cashstar versus the vendor itself, which can be confusing as a consumer. These E gift cards are super super easy and easily accessible by any person who does a task that your organization or a company would offer to other people as a reward in order to receive something in return. It has a wide variety of places to choose from and it does cater to pretty much every person you could think of in your database. I've also loved using it for myself. Pros I like that is is a great incentive tool and that it is a very easy system to use and implement. Everything is placed well.
