Comments: Setting up our Dance Studio Pro account was the best decision EVER! I was hesitant about taking on another monthly bill but it is SO worth it! There are a few features that are extra fees, but they are also well worth it! It has completely changed the way we do business. I love it AND even better, our dance families love it!

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
I love that I can email any question or issue and count on a response within 24 hours! They are always very helpful and willing to hear my issues or suggestions.....or even to guide me to something that should have been a "no brainer" without ever being rude or condescending. They are also quick to add features to the program to make it easier every day. I make it a point to check the "what's new" area on a weekly basis because they are always working to update, simplify and add items.

PROS:
- The Robo-mailer, Robo-text and Robo-dial are amazing! I can't even count the number of hours and amount of stress that these features have saved me! Communication with my dancers has become so much easier! Class cancelled at the last minute, no problem!
The billing area is great as well. It sends out reminders for me, tracks everything and sorts in many different ways for ease of use.
- There are so many customizable reports, that almost everything I need is at my fingertips.
- This program is pretty much a one-stop shop! Tracking everything from tuition, to costume sizes, communication, dancer data, parent portals, payments, inventory class schedules, class plans, music, events.......... There truly is a new function every day that I learn to use.

CONS:
- I do wish there was a way to track purchases of costumes/inventory and/or make notes about suppliers etc.
- Although there is a FAQ section, and customer service is amazing, I do feel like there is a LOT there the program will do that I just haven't found yet or thought of looking for yet.

So really, no complaints! It is WELL worth the monthly fee and will save anyone TONS of time and stress! I would highly recommend!

Comments: We are a studio with 3 different locations, different timetables and students crossing over from one to all three studios each week. This has all the potential for an administrative nightmare but thanks to DSP, it's easy!

We made the change to DSP last year after being with on previous dance studio software for 9 years, so yes, we were a little nervous and had done a lot of research on available products. I can honestly say we have not had one minute where we regret moving to DSP - it's fantastic!

And if I could possibly give 10 gold stars for customer service, I would. With us being in Australia, and DSP in the USA, support was always going to be a huge "selling point" for us. I cannot recommend or congratulate their support team enough. It doesn't matter when I email them with a question, they are fast to reply. And very friendly too! No "techy talk" - just plain and easy to understand.

Thanks DSP - we love all the new updates that you consistently provide. And as yet, we have had no downtime at all, so 10 out of 10.

Comments: This software is truly incredible. Our company owner was ready to throw it all away because the admin was "just too hard". Dance Studio Pro is going to save the dance school. 30 day free trial was great to start getting your head around the software and then anytime you encounter problems, you just email them and a quick, clear response is quickly provided - the fact that the company is in America and we are in Australia is no problem! We love that the software is specific to dance, it really does have everything you could need to run a dance school...and the parents LOVE the parent portal and the ability to enrol and pay online. So very happy! :)

Comments: I have used 3 other studio softwares and have FINALLY found the perfect software for studio management. This has every feature you could ever dream! I love that when I had a suggestion, the staff worked on it and I woke up the next morning with a "hey, go check it out!" What service! Awesome

Comments: I checked into many studio management programs and used two prior to DanceStudio-Pro. It is far better than any I have used or looked at, more affordable, and has the best customer service I have found. One program tried to charge me to fix issues that I found in their system. One said that they couldn't make their system work to meet my needs, one said that they could customize it, but it would cost me a couple hundred dollars. With DSP, when I've run into things that didn't quite work with my method of doing things, they have been great about helping me find a way to make it work. DSP accommodates my tiered multi-class discounts in a way that no other program did.

The customer support at DSP is second to none. They respond quickly and have answers. They have gone above and beyond what I even expected to help me understand the intricacies of the program and to make it work for me.

I am thrilled not to have to spend the hours I have spent in previous years recording income, generating spreadsheets and being frustrated because I am a dance instructor, not an accountant. I love the freedom DSP has given me from that, the way the program is customizable, and their patience with me when I don't understand something or make a mistake. I especially appreciate that if I do make an error or run into an issue, they help me find the solution to it. I really can't speak highly enough about DSP and their support! The other "bigger names" really can't hold a candle to DSP, in my opinion!

This is by far the best Dance Studio software on the market.

Comments: This is by far the best dance studio software on the market. It has everything I've ever needed, and then some.

Myself and my staff love having the ipad class manager. Through the class manager, we are able to stay up to date on attendance, and lesson plans by class. We are even able to immediately access both class and recital music, as well as view the costumes for each class, all with one click. This helps us stay inspired and keeps us from falling behind. It is also an excellent tool for substitutes to pick up where the instructor left off. We download each week's current choreography, and add new counts for the following week's lesson plans.

I don't like to make collection calls, because I'm not a fan of confrontation. The Robo-Dial feature makes it much easier. Not to mention, it has helped me keep my sanity.

Bonus - It's user friendly, and cheaper than any other company.
Another bonus.... The customer support is very prompt, and helpful. My questions always get answered within hours... not days.

Over the years, we have tried Jackrabbit and MindBody. Honestly, no other company comes close to Dance Studio-Pro.

This software has renewed my love for dance. As an artist, I love teaching, but don't always love the aspects of business management. It has truly been a breath of fresh air, and has given me the chance to actually be an artist again.

FANTASTIC PROGRAM!!!

Comments: This program has saved so much time and effort!! I love that all my teachers have access to all students information, transactions, measurements, classes and more, no matter what studio they are teaching at!!
I have been able to spend so much more time with my family as I don't have to spend as much time going thru paperwork and doing books.
I LOVE the on-line parent portal for them to enrol, check balances, print statements and make payments all online.
The customer services is great and very prompt, and any features I want they are looked into and added soon after.
Would highly recommend this program to anyone!
