I love the built in /integrated pricing. Easy to find parts and pricing is already in there, parts, labor, all of it !! It's great !!

Ease of use...from A-Z, I'm a very happy user.

Can be difficult to use at first but once fully trained, it goes like clockwork.

Easier to price out oem parts. Much easier to price out large coil jobs.

Pros

Pictures for easy use by technicians in the field. Made it easier for them to search for items to place in invoices.

Cons

Too much options for generic parts. Need to combine items into groups. Like 5-15 mfd capacitors. Multiple types of single pole contactors.

Pros

The books are great. Easy to use and durable.

Cons

The worst customer service ever! I have been trying to get the book form into my new dispatch software. ( days later and I still have not received a phone call back from them.

Archive option for work orders should not be available to all users because too often someone accidently selects archive.

It has been good. Customer service has always been helpful.

Pros

This program is easy to set up. Easy to adjust rates. Updates parts pricing regularly. Cost is very reasonable as it is a per invoice. The cost is built into the invoice.

Cons

No option menu available. No graphics. Can be cumbersome to look up different repairs.

Pros

My favorite feature is that it makes payments easy. With Coolfront Payments, your technicians can run the customer's debit and credit cards from the coolfront mobile app in the field, no longer needing to bill the customer after the incident and pursue payments for months. Prices are competitive, funds are available the next day, and your customers will love you for making the payment so easy and hassle-free.

Cons

There are no parts I don't like. I use this software fondly.

We have had no major issues using this program. A plus it does sync with quickbooks as well.

Pros

This program is very user friendly. It has really nice options for the information that is needed to be entered.

Cons

The archived invoices and the calendar are frustrating at times. You have to click back on the calendar.
