We could not use this product, even though it is fantastic. Two issues that we could not overcome. 1)-does not track equipment, techs did not have a space to enter equipment. 2)-separate maintenance program... Really should be all-in-one! We really loved the end- "userability". Very simple and easy to follow.

Pros

The system is very easy to set up even for regular and after hours pricing. It enables all technicians to provide the same price for a job task and not cause variations for faster or slower techs. The software even gives an estimate on how long a job should take to complete.

Cons

I don't like how the system is set up on the billing side. I don't like being charged for items that are not on the final invoice.

Went from a very complex software program that could do everything imaginable. More than I could ever possibly use. I realized that if only a few or one person knew how to use it....I could be in trouble if that person left... The program is idiot proof..

The vast amount of parts it has already in the system. The ability to use it without service. Being able to have it on you cell phone

Cons

Not being able to search a parts price without starting a work order The cost of the program. Not having (from what I've seen) a simple learning tool to learn the software

Ease of use on customer input. ease of use on setting up a custom repair on the fly, the ease the customer can submit authorization for repairs.

Cons

When looking up repairs the feature will not let it auto fill the repair, the feature for open work order can be confusing on how far back to check.

You can enter the names and if they are in your QuickBooks it finds them. It's easy to put the information in for the service techs to see it on the app.

Cons

I do not like the way they charge with taxes and labor. I still have to go through and redo when we enter the work order in QuickBooks.

My cons with the software is the scheduling being through google and not its on schedule. It is an extra step that takes another minute.

Set pricing to show your customers. They can sign it but I couldn't send them the invoice via email

Cons

It did not email customers. I had to send separate email. Customer support said it was not their problem. So they didn't care if they lost a customer.
