Pros

My men can all use the same product on their iPhones and I get the information on my office computer with no Mas or fuss

Cons

New search doesn't show enough choices, if it doesn't know what I want I can't find it, or I have to use a different description of the product

Pros

Ease of use for our service technicians. Also appreciated the QB integration.

Cons

Lack of reporting functionality, with the information gathered it could also integrate cleaner with QB.

I think coolfront a great product for the HVAC industry and wouldn’t use anything else

Pros

That it charges the customers and cost you nothing. And the ease of use. And the customer support

Cons

That you can’t do individual discounts that you have to discount the whole invoice and not just individual repairs

My invoice do not get nasty from my dirty and and I have an electronic signature just like signing a paper contract

Cons

The team charge a little fee per pound. I just adjust my price to exclude the charge. I wish it had more repair services for Evaporator Coil Repairs

Ability to create your own prices for items not listed.

Cons

The repair search tab is such an annoying mess since the most recent update. Unless you already know exactly the program name for something, you could become frustrated over the constant failed search results.

Pros

Our company had tried another platform and it was difficult to use. The price book functionality is great and extremely easy to use. I would certainly recommend this product.

Cons

The only thing lacking is a way to notify customers who the technician is and when they are arriving. This would be a great addition!

Saving time with invoicing. Pricing is way high compared to my competitors. I have to always adjust my pricing.

Pros

Don't have to write invoices, or do math with sales tax. Prints logo on invoice.

Cons

Pricing is not accurate, Hard to find older open invoices, Can not change material cost in a pre-written repairs or make changes. Time to do repair in Coolfront is way long then it actually is in the field. Would like to adjust. Needs work with install jobs. I do not use on installs because it does not work with how National Grid wants their invoices.

Searching for parts can be difficult at times. Some common parts seem to be missing at times, so creating a new part on the job can be a pain at times.

Affordable, zero cost, HUGE repair database. Auto sync for calls. this has made life easier on our techs!

Cons

Does not have an adiquate dispatch board. would like to see this be expanded. Currently we are having to use a few systems to manage our guys, would be great if this could fill all our needs.

YOU CAN SHOW CUSTOMERS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR, YOU CAN ADD NOTES AND JUST THE OFFICE WILL SEE. YOU CAN TAKE PAYMENTS ON THE SPOT. WE REALLY LIKED ADDING ON THE GOOGLE CALENDER TO THE PRODUCT AS WELL.

CAN GET COSTLY AS WE PAY PER INVOICE. WE DO NOT LIKE THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE GOOGLE CALENDER ADDED TO THE PRODUCT

We have been able to price correctly to maximize profits. We are more organized. All tickets are legible and have the needed customer information. There is much more control over technician pricing, no more over or undercharging.

Pros

I like the fact I can see what my technicians are billing at all times. I can assist with their invoices remotely. Also customer history can be viewed from the field. Adjusting pricing is simple.

Cons

The data base can sometimes be a little cumbersome to search but Coolfront is constantly updating it. Also there needs to be a built in application to upload photos to the invoice file.

Customer glance back for 1 and the get savy to see performance , i cvan do invoices on the run much faster, no dirty finger printed invoices, easy flat rate to fit my company.

Cons

Just updated and i hate the new repair search! Please give me back the old.....:-) Some time i think the server is really slow, cant find alot of the specific part number i use ( 440 volt Capacitors for starters ) .

Another great feature is the affordability to utilize this application which is important for smaller businesses.

Cons

Integrating other programs to be used alongside this app might be a little buggy, but with some software improvements this tool will be very beneficial in keeping your business organized.

Slower job times.

Cons

It's to Slow, Your update made this product worse not better for FEILD Personnel. 90 % of FEILD Personnel use I Pads and your customer Support Keeps blaming I Pads. That's a problem.It's to slow, takes forever to find a part.
