Der Support ist super, das Produkt auch. Besonders schätzen wir, dass Softgarden auch die Agentur ist und uns eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Stellenbörsen ermöglicht. Top!

Pros

Einfaches ATS, das sehr benutzerfreundlich ist. Vor allem die Anlage von Benutzern mit unterschiedlichen Rechten passt perfekt zu unserer Filialstruktur. Der Workflow kann individuell definiert werden und auf Rollen und Prozesse gestaltet werden. Das ist super!

Cons

Da gibt es nichts - wir sind rundum zufrieden und froh darüber, dass wir mittlerweile Softgarden als festes System für unser Bewerbermanagement nutzen können.

Sehr guter Onoarding Prozess, sind auf unsere individuellen Bedürfnisse eingegangen werden. Ist sehr intuitiv und relativ schnell kann es genutzt werden.

Pros

Individuelles Stellenanzeigen Layout konnte eingerichtet werden. Personalforderungsprozess wird abgebildet. Sehr guter Support. Verbesserungsvorschläge können eingekippt werden.

Cons

Kann nur an ein Betriebsratsmitglied gesendet werden. Neues Layout ist nicht wirklich nutzbar. Das alte Layout ist vom Handling her immer noch besser.

Einfach und und selbsterklärend in der Anwendung. Chatfunktion sehr hilfreich, Antworten kommen sofort. Sehr guter Support von den Ansprechpartnern. Einbindung an unsere Karriereseite und Implementierung liefen störungsfrei und einfach in der Umsetzung.

Pros

Schneller Workflow, viele Jobbörsen, in denen wir selbst direkt unsere Anzeigen hochladen und buchen können. Anzeigen gehen zeitnah auf den Börsen online.

Cons

Im der neuen Version wird bei Dropdownfeldern nicht auf den Pfeil geklickt, sondern in das Textfeld, das ist anfangs verwirrend.

Softgarden ermöglicht uns eine viel bessere Übersicht über unsere Bewerber\*innen. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir uns für Softgarden und den Top-Kundenservice entschieden haben. Auch unsere Fachbereichsleitungen wurden durch unseren Kundenberater in die Software eingeführt.

Pros

Der sehr schnelle und auch wirklich hilfreiche und geduldige Kundensupport durch Softgarden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist unser Kundenbetreuer \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\], der uns egal bei welchem Anliegen (Datenschutz, Einrichtung der Karriereseite) immer sehr schnell weiterhelfen konnte. Auch der Kundensupport via Chat im Softgarden-Portal reagiert sofort.

Cons

Eigentlich gibt es keine Nachteile, die ins Gewicht fallen würden.

Das System verfügt über unglaublich viele nützliche Funktionen, die für unser Recruiting entscheidend sind. Der Kundenservice ist exzellent, man erhält ein super Onboarding und erhält immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit Hilfe zu aktuellen Problemen, sollten diese Auftauchen.

Cons

Durch die Vielzahl der Funktionen kann das System teilweise etwas unübersichtlicher werden - mit etwas mehr Einarbeitung aber definitiv machbar und sehr nützlich.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Konto und musste den Kundenservice kontaktieren, um Hilfe zu erhalten.Das Problem war, dass ich versehentlich eine E-Mail gesendet hatte, die im Team nicht lesbar sein durfte, die ich nun komplett aus dem System löschen musste. \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\] hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und mich durch den Prozess geführt. Er war sehr professionell, höflich und geduldig, und hat alles getan, um sicherzustellen, dass die E-Mail vollständig aus dem System entfernt wurde.Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt von seinem Engagement und seiner Fähigkeit, auch in schwierigen Situationen schnell und effizient zu handeln. \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\] hat sich sehr dafür eingesetzt, dass mein Problem vollständig gelöst wurde, und ich bin ihm dafür sehr dankbar.Ich kann den Kundenservice von Softgarden und insbesondere \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\] jedem empfehlen, der schnelle und zuverlässige Hilfe benötigt. Pros

Eines der Dinge, die ich an Softgarden wirklich zu schätzen weiß, ist die Benutzerfreundlichkeit. Die Software ist sehr intuitiv und einfach zu bedienen, was mir viel Zeit und Frustration erspart hat. Ich konnte schnell und einfach Bewerberprofile durchsuchen, Kandidaten durch den Bewerbungsprozess führen und Termine mit ihnen vereinbaren.Auch der Kundenservice hat sich deutlich verbessert als vor einem Jahr.

Cons

Während ich die Software insgesamt sehr positiv bewerte, gibt es einen Nachteil, der mir aufgefallen ist. Die Möglichkeit, E-Mails direkt aus dem System zu senden, ist meiner Meinung nach nicht sehr intuitiv und könnte verbessert werden. Es wäre hilfreicher, wenn es eine Option gäbe, E-Mails direkt aus meinem E-Mail-Client zu senden, anstatt sie im Softgarden-System zu verfassen und dann zu senden.Ich denke, dass dies ein kleines Problem ist und es gibt viele andere Funktionen, die ich an der Software sehr schätze. Dennoch denke ich, dass dies ein Bereich ist, in dem Softgarden Verbesserungen vornehmen könnte.
