Pros

Ease of use. I find it very user friendly. Working in the past in informatics this is very important.

Cons

It is not one of the top tier but it works well. I wish there was better integration. Thank you for all of the efforts

Running a medical office very smoothly and efficiently. Makes my work day a lot easier by using Plexia.

Pros

I love that there are constant updates and added features. It is also really convenient to contact support if I require help through the memo function or by phone. Easy to manipulate schedule and to make changes. Runs quickly with Internet Explorer and works well with most file types (pdf, word, jpeg)

Cons

Changing the password every month makes it that our entire office changes our passwords to the same thing, rendering the security almost nonexistant as we can log in using each others' accounts.

It is a great platform for a small family practices. It made daily operations to run much smoother. This software allows extremely easy to navigate through patients charts, e- prescribing, lab results viewing and procedures workflow scheduling. Charting has become easy and real time. Easy to view patient notes, reports, labs and documents.

Pros

It is easy to navigate electronic software that features as follows: e-prescribing, lab integration, procedure workflows, narrative reports, practice advisories and a patient portal. It is good for a small medical practices offices. It can be customized to any patient and it makes daily operations much easier.

Cons

The only problem was to enter all the patient's data into the system, after that everything run smoothly.
