Flatiron team is engaged in onboarding new practices and providers and continues to provide support and stay connected even after the go live. Even physicians could easily set up appointments with ease. Patient information is displayed in a logical and easy to read manner, and gives historical information in logical format. Cons Nothing yet - still early in the launch process, but nothing negative to say as of yet. All users are reporting good functionality and proficiency with the product. I was bought in since they have an interface with my lis. Worst mistake. Pros Fairly easy to go from one page to another. Customer service has been helpful and usually you get a real person. Cons Unless multiple sites want a change because they are we based they can not make changes that work for your practice. Very inefficient. To many clicks for most applications. Not clinical engineers and staff so understanding your needs is frustrating. Very bad experience. Activities in the treatment plan can't be changed once the have been approved. You have to unapproved, do the change, then re-approve.
