We added their billing service about two years after starting with ModuleMD and that was an excellent decision on our part, they are very detail oriented. and have been a great resource. When technical support is needed I can easily reach out to their support staff and get them working on our problem. Pros Focused software based on allergy and asthma patients. No unnecessary software, plug-ins, etc., to bog our system down. Cons Integration from Centricity wasn't the smoothest process, a lot of follow-up work on our end was required to get up and running in a comparable manner to our old software. Support is A+++ They are quick to answer our calls and get working on things right away. Pros This is a one-stop solution for our allergy practice. The system does everything we need without using multiple programs. Regular enhancements are done based on end-user suggestions making it easier for all of us! I always appreciate other user's ideas that I hadn't thought of to make our jobs easier! Cons NONE of the reports in the A/R are accurate and you have to use excel on your own to make what you need.
