I have enjoyed the whole Digital Experience platform with a PIM, CMS, Commerce platform, and digital marketing as a full solution.

Pros

The best feature of DynamicWeb is how you can share content blocks for different user experiences. So you can easily set content to be shared across B2B and B2C experiences. Also a big fan of the flexibility it has with a built-in PIM and emailing functionality.

Cons

Overall, I have been pretty happy with the platform and our experience.
