Mittels dem "Assistenten" ist die eigentlich Einrichtung wirklich sehr einfach gestaltet, auch lassen sich Elemente usw. recht schnell anpassen / abändern, ohne dass das ganze Resultat "kaputt" geht.

Pros

Sehr einfach und übersichtliche gestaltet, somit kann man jederzeit erkennen, wie man wo was einstellen und verwalten muss.

Cons

An einigen Stellen ist das Design etwas "altbackend", es könnte hier und da eine aktualisierte Oberfläche und Icons bekommen.

Die Einrichtung und Implementierung waren unkompliziert. Dank des intuitiven Menüs konnte ich den Besucherbildschirm problemlos realisieren, ohne zusätzliche Anleitungen oder externe Hilfsmittel.

Pros

Unser digitales Schwarzes Brett ist kinderleicht zu bedienen. Mitarbeitende können es nach minimaler Einarbeitung selbstständig bearbeiten. Zusätzlich stehen zahlreiche leicht verständliche Tutorials zur Verfügung, die alle wichtigen Funktionen Schritt für Schritt erklären.

Cons

Es fehlen noch einige Features für die dynamische live Anpassung. Damit man ein Erlebnis wie bei einem echten Schwarzenbrett hat, das nur digital ist

Wir benutzen Frontface als Interaktive Mitarbeiter Wand auf 3 Bildschirmen gleichzeitig. Inkl. Uhrzeit Wetter und ein wenig Eigenwerbung Alles aus der "Ferne" aus einem anderem Büro übers Intranet programmierbar Funktioniert sehr gut

Einfach zu bedienen, mehrere Möglichkeiten viele Inhalte einzubinden. Leichte Rrogrammierung im Intranet.

Cons

Bis jetzt keine. Ich hoffe das es auch so in der Zukunft bleibt. Wie gesagt Nachteile haben sich bis jetzt noch nicht ergeben

Insgesamt ist FrontFace für uns ein sehr zuverlässiges Tool. Sobald das System einmal eingerichtet ist, läuft der Player extrem stabil und wartungsfrei, was für uns im Dauerbetrieb entscheidend ist. Der Funktionsumfang ist riesig und deckt alles ab, was wir benötigen. Ich kann die Software jedem empfehlen, der die volle Datenkontrolle behalten möchte.

Pros

Besonders gut gefällt mir das Lizenzmodell. In einer Zeit, in der fast alles nur noch als monatliches Abo erhältlich ist, finde ich die Möglichkeit einer dauerhaften „Perpetual License“ sehr fair und kosteneffizient. Zudem ist die Integration von bestehenden Inhalten (wie PowerPoint-Folien, PDFs oder Webseiten) wirklich intuitiv gelöst, sodass man schnell professionelle Ergebnisse auf dem Bildschirm hat, ohne programmieren zu müssen.

Cons

Man merkt der Benutzeroberfläche der Verwaltungssoftware an manchen Stellen an, dass sie schon etwas länger am Markt ist. Das Design wirkt teils etwas altbacken und nicht ganz so glatt wie bei reinen Cloud-Lösungen. Auch die Einarbeitung in die tiefergehenden Funktionen (z.B. komplexe Zeitsteuerungen oder interaktive Menüs) erfordert anfangs etwas Geduld und den Blick ins Handbuch, bis man die Logik dahinter komplett verstanden hat.

Im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden. Die Software ist erweiterbar um zusätzliche Monitore und die Software kann auch in Einrichtungen mit erhöhten Anforderungen an die IT genutzt werden.

Pros

Flexible und einfache Gestaltung von Vorlagen für andere Nutzer. Verschiedene Hierarchieebenen. Intuitive Bedienung der Software, sodass die Anleitung nur als Unterstützung in Sonderfällen benötigt wird. Es gibt eine Kaufversion, sodass man nicht auf eine Abo-Version angewiesen ist. Es erscheinen regelmäßige Updates und es können sehr viele Wünsche abgebildet werden.

Cons

Paralleles Arbeiten von mehreren Nutzern ist derzeit noch nicht gut möglich. Publizierung alle Player umständlich, wenn einer temporär defekt ist. Manchmal zu viele Möglichkeiten um eine Funktion zu nutzen, sodass es unübersichtlicher und schwieriger wird (Bsp. für die zeitliche Steuerung von Inhalten gibt es mindestens zwei Wege)

Einfache Bedienung und Einrichtung. Die Software ist intuitiv und funktioniert selbsterklärend, was die Einarbeitung erleichtert auch für nicht IT-affine Nutzer ist die Konfiguration selbsterklärend und schnell umsetzbar. Individuelle Anpassung, Design und Layout sind vollständig anpassbar, inklusive Kalendereinbindung und HTML-Elementen. Erweiterbar durch Plug-ins für spezielle Anwendungsfälle. Läuft sehr stabil auf den Clients

Cons

Hoher Preis für die Einzelplatz Lizenzen. Die kosten sind pro Endgerät deutlich zu teuer. Ein Einstiegsbundle oder eine eingeschränkte Version würde hier für kleinere Umgebungen helfen.

gute Erfahrung , mir gefällt vor allem dass die Inhalte über Internet genauso wie über USB Sticks an das gewünschte Gerät gebracht werden können

Pros

Einfache gut bedienbare Software, die vor allem für Anfänger die noch nie mit Kiosksystemen zu tun hatten gut einzusetzten ist.

Cons

eventuell könnte die Browser Engine dahingehend verbessert werden, dass Links die außerhalb der gewünschten Website gehen regulieert werden könnten

Hallo Thomas, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Der FrontFace Player wird deshalb immer mit installiert, da dieser intern auch für die Vorschau-Funktion benötigt wird. Falls nötig, können Sie aber auch die Verknüpfung zum Player im Startmenü einfach manuell entfernen um zu vermeiden, das Nutzer den Player standalone starten.

Layouts for FrontFace can be designed in different ways (either absolute for a specific screen resolution or responsive to match with different screen resolutions and orientations!).
