Pros Switched from a software to this due to the cost of the other one as this is much cost effective. Software is very easy to us. It is also easy to add products at the backend. It helps with managing all Event reservations and it can accommodate a lot of facilities as well. Cons It's expensive to add more users. Cons I do not like that you have to recreate the same event even if its just the same as before. I can change the date of the event, but it carries all the info over from past event, which I what I want, but I also want to be able to save the previous contract. This is especially frustrating when typing as I'm with a costumer and then have to start over and go over the same details again in order not to miss anything. There is also the issue of not having the event date, but only the contract date appear on the invoices. This leads to confusion and constant questions from customers. Also, the reporting is not ideal and sometimes hard to understand. It would be helpful to be able to pull a report of events based on the event month and not the contract date.
