Comments: Overall: We use the program to keep track of our work orders and their status. The reason we chose this program was that it had the capability of putting jobs on a reoccurring schedule, which is what we need in our industry. We also wanted a program that had a good dispatching feature. Over all we would rate the performance of MobyServices for our specific industry at 8 out of 10.

Pros: Helps to track mechanics jobs to insure paperwork gets completed, easy to use and understand, for my use.

Cons: None at all that I can tell

Comments: Pros: The application is a great help to us in organizing our business. Prior to this software, we were using the paper based work order management and technician dispatch, which is very hard to track, now we do all the activities at once location, and there is no miscommunication.

Cons: As of today, we haven't faced any issue.

Overall: We recommend this software. The staff is very helpful. Whenever I've need help and support, one of their staff have been ready to assist. Overall It is a good experience.

Comments: PROS : It is a wonderful tool, which can be access from your mobile device or browser. It is a tool for everyone in Service Business. The support is good and online interactive help guide is very user-friendly.

CONS : We haven't come across any.

Overall : The application made the technician management very easy and working with web and mobile based application relived me from my desk and helped me focus more on my other tasks, which made my manager happy too. Thanks MobyServices.

Comments: Overall: Highly recommended. Software and support are absolutely the best!

Pros: Very user friendly application. Very streamlined application with a provision to many reports. And, we have asked for some specific reports, which are required to estimate the performance of our technicians, and MobyServices provided them at no cost. As the application is so convenient, I took additional responsibilities, and my management is very happy about it. It's a perfect fit for our services business

Cons: We couldn't find any, even though there are many features, we couldn't use them all as we don't require them. In a nutshell, it is a simply reliable and best solution for our business.

Comments: Flexible, customizable, and easy to use, less learning curve
Cons: Couldn't get it connected with local accounting software.

Overall: We are a UK based services company, Our experience with MobyService is excellent, even though we are not clear with our requirements, the service team from MobyServices has discussed the requirements with us, and listed the final scope requirement and they demoed the application as per our specification and provided the customization also, ofcourse, they billed extra for the customization and which they said they will adjust in the future monthly bills.

I would definitely recommond MobyServices for any SME business, who needs flexibility and easy to use the system.

Comments: Brief about our experience, we are using this application for couple of months, and earlier we used to use some desktop tools, which used to be very very minimul functionality, once we started using the MobyServices, we have noticed the difference between this and the old software, and my management is very happy to check the work status, out of the office also. We management 2,000+ locations where, our technicians have to visit them periodically, with this auto AMC feature, we sent out the SMS to all our techicians and they update the status, no manual intervention, and zero involvement of our service co-ordinators, and it helped our service co-ordinators to focus more on other tasks, we love it.

Pros: Easy to use scheduling, work order assigning, complaint receiving and recording, and our Service Manager knows the current Inventory without talking to the Stores, everything is so thoughtful and perfect.

Comments: Pros :
The website is pretty easy to use, and support team organized a TeamViewer session to educate our users, and within 2 sessions we are able to use the application, in turn we were able to train our off-site people to use and send updates through mobiles. Very competitive pricing for a quality program and excellent customer support from the staff.

Cons:
Even though it is a hosted solution, we took their help as it requires certain pre-defined information to be configured, that's where, the support team organized a TeamViewer session.
But, I wish, if it were better sequenced or provided some help screens, which should guide the visitor, it would have been more helpful.

Overall:
We are using the application for the last one year, we found it pretty easy and userful. Earlier
we were depending on the Excel sheets, which is lot of chaos. Today, I am very much happy, I know where abouts of my technicians, and inventory levels, outstanding invoices, etc., In a nutshell, we can manage the business without moving from my desk.
