Pros

  • I have been very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend it for companies looking or strong capability without breaking the budget.

  • My overall experience was positive. Our representative and is stellar - super responsive to all of my questions, he made things work for us, and he's very friendly.

  • I like the charts and comment sections and how it's organized. The reporting features are great, and I like the comparison feature.

  • It has been a super helpful tool for our company. We have been able to move to a quicker performance review process thanks to this software.

Cons

  • Just that occasionally reports becomes difficult to produce as one may need assistance to make it available. This gets my superiors agitated a bit.

  • You must make changes for one user in multiple locations on the site. The Department section is messy as well.

  • After our first 360 session, no one was really aware that the answers were not truly anonymous.

  • It is a little frustrating that the manager has to make a comment on a persons self reflection and goals - there may be a way around this, but we haven't discovered it yet.

"Exemplary Business Oriented Performance Tracking Tool"

Overall: Integration with Google Apps make it more adaptable for sharing.

Pros: Primalogik allows the management to track program performance and analyze its impact by taking on a more hands on approach on being a proactive monitoring and management tool. The ability to tweak and alter tools as per requirement makes it an all encompassing magic lamp to use. Being able to gather all feedback as forms makes it super convenient. other lovely features are -Employee Directory -Automated email reminders -Powerful comparison tools Integration with Google Apps

Cons: Difficulty in changing already integrated/submitted forms makes it annoying

"Reviews in one place"

Overall: Having all of our reviews in one platform and no longer using paper.

Pros: Launching the Annual & Stay Reviews that we conduct every 6 months

Cons: Trying to reuse the previous reviews and understanding that the cycle just needs to be another cycle created.

"It's a good solution if you need a basic feedback software"

Pros: It covers our basic needs in terms of feedback/performace reviews. For the users it's quite clear and easy to use.

Cons: It could be much more functional, with a nicer and clearer organization and interface. It looks vintage.

"Primalogik Review"

Pros: Ease of use, workflow and features. Simple integration with existing HR system (Bamboo). All in one performance management solution.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. The product satisfies all needs.

"Easy day-to-day use"

Pros: The tool works as it should to review others. When sending 360 Reviews to managers, it cleanly creates a file. Batch operations is great.

Cons: When any org changes need to be made it is tedious and not fluid. You must make changes for one user in multiple locations on the site. The Department section is messy as well.

"user friendly, fast to learn no issues"

Pros: customer service is excellent, very quick in response, never had to wait for answer or technical support!

Cons: I do not really have any issues. No problems with the software or the site or the support team. there is nothing to report.

"Easy to Use"

Overall: Easy to manage employee reviews and questionnaires for exit interviews, feedback, and other questions regarding the company.

Pros: Easy to use for employees and employers. I like that it can be customized to ask any questions, multiple choice, leave comments, etc. as well as rate immediately.

Cons: It is not easy to set-up the system for employees the very firs time you start doing reviews. We have a lot of different employee systems and each one is a little different. This beginning process is very time consuming.

"Good for performance management "

Pros: Allows me to track the performance of my workforce, team and company overall. Shows me where the weaknesses are and what areas need improvement. This software allows me to record performance appraisals and send feedback forms to employees and other coworkers. These feedback forms help us evaluate our strengths as weaknesses as a team, and allow us to take an active approach to improve upon our weaknesses.

Cons: The software does not allow me to edit and modify feedback forms, and the software can be slow at times.

"Perfect tool for tracking program performance "

Pros: We often have to track how effective our community programs and work programs are for employees and youth. I use this tool often to track the performance of each program. What I love about this program is that it brings together all the tools needed for performance management such as goals, feedbacks forms, etc. We can easily gather feedback from employees, coordinators and the community to analyze the programs we have in place. It is quite reasonably priced, which is a plus.

Cons: The software isnt as advances as id like and it can be such an agitating task when trying to alter the forms.

"very efficient Performance Review program"

Pros: Very efficient performance review solution for Hr professionals. very easy to use even for employees who aren't con conversant with the computer. a little introduction and they are good to go. Great way of generating performance feedback.

Cons: Not much cons. just that occasionally reports becomes difficult to produce as one may need assistance to make it available. this gets my superiors agitated a bit. but aside this the program is a great one and would need much improvement. i would recommend this to others.

"Happy with Primalogik "

Overall: Having a customer service representative respond to queries quickly and being able to speak to someone, when necessary really makes the continuous experience helpful and nice.

Pros: It's user friendly for both the administrators and users. I love that it is so customizable to our business!

Cons: Finding ways to test reviews and appraisals before going live would bring some ease to using a new product

"Simple User Interface with Robust Back End Reporting"

Overall: I am an HR manager supporting 3500 employees. We do not do 360 reviews regularly, but was looking for a solution for an individual and stumbled across the Primalogik product online. I was impressed by the simplicity of the layout, how intuitive the dashboard was, and when the process was over, how the reporting facilitated a constructive conversation between myself, the subject of the feedback, and their direct supervisor. Customer support was excellent, and I thought the pricing was very reasonable. All in, I'm a fan and will use the Primalogik platform again. I would also recommend to colleagues without hesitation.

Pros: The easy, simple, clean, and intuitive user interface. The ability to customize the question library. Simple reporting, with breakdowns showing how many responses fell into which answer.

Cons: I thought the standard question library was a little sparse. I think there is room for more 'boilerplate' stuff here that gets a baseline on those being assessed.

"Good, but need more ability to personalize it."

Overall: We had wished we could personalize it a bit more, add fields for different departments. Managers had difficulty addressing specific department issues.

It'd be good if we could connect so that we can help you get the most out of the solution. We can also provide training specific for managers when that's needed. "Good tool "

Overall: We are pleased with the program. We could not get our managers to properly perform employee evaluations on a regular basis. It is still a challenge, but it has improved significantly since purchasing this software. It is easy to use and provides a nice database of employee performance type questions. We recommend this program to everyone.

"Highly recommend"

Overall: Highly, highly recommend.

Pros: - Intuitive, easy to use, great value for $$ - saved so much time and energy - feedback from our staff was that they loved it - loved the different options for anonymity

Cons: Love the product inside and out. Some separate Self Assessment options would be great, but that would only be a bonus. Also, we had one person want to withdraw their comments and we haven't seen a way that this can happen?

"Primalogik Review"

Overall: We were with a different software for performing our annual reviews. It was a very time consuming, manual process even though we were using computer software. Primalogik was able to significantly reduce the time to analyze the results of the reviews. We have also incorporated the software into other aspects of our business: debriefs and internal surveys to name two.

Pros: Ease of use, analytical results, customer support

Cons: There were some customizations that we would like to see. We plan to recommend to the company. Overall, nothing we didn't like about the software.

"Many features, difficult to navigate software, great customer service!"

Pros: So many different features and many more on the horizon. Personalization is a nice touch. Also like that fact that you can turn off features that aren't being used.

Cons: Being that it is pretty extensive, it is difficult to figure things out on your own. Definitely need someone to walk you through everything.

"Very easy & intuitive"

Overall: Really positive, easy and simple.

Pros: The ease of use, you do not need enormous amounts of training to be able to use the system. The interface is clean and actions are straight forward. Ryan Dowdy is great and always on hand to help.

Cons: Report element could be more advanced, especially dashboard. Would be good to be able to tailor report scoring not just comments.

"Great software"

Overall: It has been a super helpful tool for our company. We have been able to move to a quicker performance review process thanks to this software. There are a couple of things that we need to personalize according our needs but they are usually working on improvements. In general very satisfied with Primalogik!

"Check out Primalogik"

Overall: I chose Primalogik from over 70 other vendors who were also offering a web based 360 and annual review tool. Primalogik stood out immediately to me as it was an easy to use system, it had all the functionality I needed and when it didn't, Gabriel helped me customize many features to meet my business needs. The Primalogik tools are offered at a great price and I'm very happy with my decision to use this product.

"Great product and customer service"

Overall: This system is very user-friendly both for the administrator and the end -user. There are a few things on our "wish list" of features we would like added, for example, the workflow currently has only 3 steps. We would like to add additional steps. But overall it's a great system and customer service is very quick to respond to questions.

"The tool is very easy to use and good platform for documenting data. "

Overall: Great way to quickly generate performance feedback and basics of career planning. Also like the ease of storing information.

Pros: Easy to fill out and to review with team. With no training, I was able to login and start my own review and set up that of my team. The tool is very intuitive. I like the ability to build on functionality over time - ie start with general surveys and add in goals etc. as you go.

Cons: General survey is too general. I suspect we will need to invest in survey customization. Would be helpful if there were options for customized surveys based on type of business - eg. consulting

"Great tool"

Overall: We have a limited use case and user base but that hasn't stopped Primalogik's team from being super helpful and responsive, even implementing a feature we required. I would recommend this tool for anybody looking to do 360 reviews in a hassle-free and efficient manner.

"Primalogik 360.... loved it!"

Overall: Primalogik 360 was a very useful tool for our organization! It was easy to use and I loved that I could create my own questions. The customer service was quick and efficient and they were very patient with all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a 360 on managers or CEO's.
