The forms are easy to fill in and save draft for easy managing several reviews. Cons Hierarchy and options to follow or rights could be improved. We are also happy that we will be able to use this for our annual performance reviews but they will now be online. We shopped around quite a bit before I settled on Primalogik and we are happy that we did. Pros Easy to use, good customer support, great value for money. Cons No cons really. I had questions but they were answered in a short time and there are a lot of questions that have answers you can look up easily. April 2, 2018 4.0 Pros It seemed simple enough to use and was worth the time put in for the effort that was needed to run the programing. Although I haven't accessed support I understand this was good" March 27, 2018 4.0 easy to use Pros functionality - easy of use even for those who haven't had any experience in it before. Like the adaptability of emails sent to participants. Cons Because I designed the appraisal system from scratch and then adapted it to fit Primalogik there were some things we had to forego (but that's ok). It is a little frustrating that the manager has to make a comment on a persons self reflection and goals - there may be a way around this, but we haven't discovered it yet.
