"Choose another texting app"

**Overall:** Horrible time, choose another texting app to save your money and sanity.

**Pros:** Nothing, much more difficult, expensive, and buggy than any other software I've used

**Cons:** Bugs in every step of the process. Won't send scheduled emails, Won't rollover text credits, will get errors when uploading contacts, will randomly block phone numbers, will randomly lock you out of your account have spent dozen of hours with tech support over the past year

"No-frills, but a great service at a great value"

**Overall:** Excellent value which makes the lack of fancy features and somewhat basic interface completely worth it

**Pros:** So glad I found this program! This is a simple, no-frills way to perform a very important and useful task around communication, client management, and texting. It might not be very pretty, but it works very well and is extremely affordable. Great value!

**Cons:** The interface is pretty basic and not very attractive. It can be confusing due to the lack of visual differentiation or a central hub/dashboard for management
