Pros OL offers a user-friendly interface and intuitive design, making the learning experience quite seamless. The platform's interactive and innovative features raise the standard of courses and students can ask for support whenever they need it. Pros OpenLearning is a great platform to manage learning as it can accommodate a lot of students. The features are easy to use. Cons I dislike the mailing system which spams my mail although I already changed the settings of the notifications. All are turned off, yet I am still receiving daily mails which can be noisy and distracting. Since you can drag and drop the modules after creating the content, it makes content creation more seamless and flexible. I like how you can set the tags for each module so you can always match the objectives to the lessons created. Cons I feel that there can be improvement in learners data analytics where apart from featuring course completion, they can add more details such as states for those coming from Malaysia. Pros The product offers flexibility and ease of use. It is convenient as it allows me to access educational content and also learn from others. It is not limited by time, space, or language. I can create a course that gives freedom to the learner to progress through courses at their own speed. Cons Some of the courses I created require skills with hands-on practice and experience, which open learning platforms may not be able to provide adequately. Hence, I need to combine it with a separate physical workshop. Pros I like to open this education site, so wonderful, has many people from different countries, and it has a new idea it's called "short course ". I like to read the introduction about the Presenter. I like to look at how many comments and Enrollments to see the activity and analysis rate for the course. My queries and issues are solved almost instantaneously by OL staff who are always available. Pros I like the ease of uploading almost any materials, for example pictures, URLS, videos into the system without any hassle. The layOut also makes it easy for students to navigate the course. I also like the Conversation feature in the platform where we get to raise our issues with an OL staff who then provide prompt solutions to us. Cons There are several things that can be improved such as the design of the widget quizzes can be made nice, for example; able to add pictures in our questions. More widgets can be added such as poll. Reason for choosing OpenLearning Platform OL layout is easier to navigate then FL. Review Source Bhawna K.
