Using Octime has been frustrating due to its inefficiency and high costs. While the configurability is impressive, consider carefully before committing, as transitioning away from it is challenging.

Pros

Octime offers extensive configuration options, providing unmatched granularity in settings. This flexibility can be a decisive factor, especially for organizations needing very specific customization.

Cons

The interface is extremely unintuitive, requiring numerous clicks and causing delays with every action, which wastes significant time. Additionally, the software and training costs are exorbitant, with hosting fees comparable to high-end servers despite Octime's relatively low resource requirements.

J'utilise l'outil pour faire mes demande de congés. l'outil est très intuitif et ergonomique.

Cons

Lors d'une erreur de saisie, je n'ai pas la main pour effectuer la modification et doit demander à mon supérieur d'annuler ma demande.

Avoir l'opportunité de tester ce logiciel a été bénéfique : gain de temps, uniformisation des demandes de la part des salariés, écologique (beaucoup de choses sont encore en version papier). J'espère que ce logiciel sera retenu !

Pros

Octime offre un service complet que ce soit aux employés ou aux différents acteurs des ressources humaines : traçage des éléments variable de paie, gestion des temps de présence, rotation des plannings ... les collaborateurs sont également très autonome dans leurs démarches

Cons

Peut être un peu trop d'onglet et peu de directive, une organisation plus simple des différentes fonctionnalités (depuis l'accès manager) pourrait optimiser l'utilisation du logiciel
