Pros: UI is intuitive easy to use, scheduling is convenient, mobile app is useful. the customer service is by far the best with Ximble. Quick responses, tutorials / trainings are very helpful. Scaleable platform as our business grows to new markets / cities etc.

Cons: I am very happy with ximble thus far. There are a few features which as a user of the product and having explored and used other scheduling / time tracking softwares previously, have some features I think would elevate and enhance not only Ximbles product, but also the customers. I've spoken to client services and Ximble and communicated these suggestions. The team seems eager to implement these ideas / and continue to optimize and push their product to be the best. I'm looking forward to these features being implemented soon!

Pros: ximble is a good application for the management of personnel where its main feature is the segimiento of the activity of the staff where it allows: to control the attendance of person through registries of entrance and exit. allows us to easily calculate salaries. all this from its application in a fast and easy way from the web or our iphone and android devices where it allows us to create a geographical restriction.
You can take the administration of the staff easily: time worked, vacations, sick leave, absences, labor costs and many more.
As if that were not enough we integrate a wide number of applications such as: Ximble, QuickBooks, Xero

Cons: The only negative thing to highlight about this application is that it depends on the internet.
and I could develop in more languages

Pros: We switched from another software to Ximble, and as a user, I can honestly see a huge difference. The switch was very beneficial because it is so easy to use. I can track my hours, see my last punches, see who else is working my shift, and easily make shift requests. The change to Ximble made this small aspect of my job much easier, and that's great for me!

Cons: I haven't found any cons yet, honestly. Sometimes it will randomly log me out, but outside of that, it's always logged in at my desktop, readily accessible.

Pros: They are always upgrading new features for same price. Their support is one of the best I've ever dealt with. They really do pride themselves on being the best and it's 24 * 7

Cons: The transfer from Nimble to Ximble went really bad in 2016. Many bugs but all were fixed in time. I had allot of issues but support fixed each one with a smile. I'd like a graphical view of the schedules.

Pros: I like that everyone on my team can clock in and out as needed. It is also pretty easy to pull my employees logins.

Cons: Editing time sheets is not as easy as it could be, I cannot figure out a way to actually add an entire day that was missed for clock in, I always just have to add hours missed to the previous day.

haven't used it for long but it seems to be working just fine.

Pros: I really like how easy it is to use and the different options there are. It's got easy functionality and navigation. It also hardly ever lags, it actually just did lag today for the first time since using it.

Cons: What I dislike about this software/product is that the time stamps disappear also dislike that you must go into a different page to clock out for lunch. It should all be in the same page.

Pros: Easy to use, intuitive and schedules are set-up with ease. Our team uses this a lot and definitely see this as an integral part of our toolbox. Customer support was great.

Cons: Not many negative things that popped up - we did have to provide quick training for some users. Overall very easy to use

Pros: Very easy to use, useful mobile app and super awesome support. We have two locations, employees often start in one and finish the day at another. I was so happy to see that Ximble allowed us to look after this complexity. Interface is super easy and templates make "schedulers life even easier."

Main reason for Ximble was deep integration with BambooHR, our main HRMS.

Cons: They do not have, yet, per employee break/lunches rules. Just global...but hopefully they'll implement it in the next release, as it we have two different crews 7 and 10 hrs shifts and not having it creates unnecessary work for the Payroll Manager...always a bit of a mess :)

Overall: Visibility of who's at work, where they are at now and eliminated paper timesheets. Also, team regularly takes 1 hr lunch breaks...instead of skipping them, as it was in the past. Plus integration allows a much smoother on-boarding process.

Pros: Wonderful interface, especially the use of colour coding. Makes it really easy to schedules at a glance even when looking at multiple employees over multiple days Very easy to use, especially the mobile apps. Integrates with most payroll packages, which is super convenient.

Cons: It would be great if there was some sort of counter/system that could warn you when an employee has worked too many hours for a week. But other than it is a very good software package.

Pros: The best parts about the software are the intuitive interface and relative ease that employees feel approaching the program for scheduling and clocking in and out. Also, the automation features like sending text messages and having an audit log of all changes to a schedule are very helpful.

Cons: The data export doesn't always include all the fields that I need. Sometimes I have to go to one report to get one piece of information, and to another report to get a separate piece when performing payroll audits.

Overall: Automated workflows related to scheduling, comparing time worked vs. time scheduled in an easy-to-use format, company-wide visibility of schedules, and superior customer service.

Pros: I like the ease of use, the fact I can create templates then impliment them. The chats a great additional feature for team communications. I love the fact my team can all swap/trade shifts, drop them, arrange cover, and pick up overtime shifts all without really having to come to a manager. This feature alone saves me countless hours and headaches every week!

Their customer support team is awesome any issues I've ever had they have resolved for me! All in all its a great application with great potential!

Cons: They are implimenting updates all the time and working on their bugs. That being said I have came across a few but they have always solved the bugs eventually.

Some additional features I would add is more choice of custom availblity repeats, at the moment its only daily or weekly, fortnightly and montly would be good.

Overall: Saved me hours on finding cover for shifts, arranging shift swaps, and the abilty to create a schedule template it is wonderful and saves me a lot of hours every week!

Pros: 24 Hour Service and easy accessibility, anytime I need someone to help me customer service always answers within minutes. Most times they're the only people I can request help from because I start work at 1 AM. The features of the app are extremely easy to use as well!

Cons: Sometimes the software will glitch and make it harder for me to approve a large amount of hours at the same time. However, this in comparison with overall function of the sight is minuscule.

Pros: The interface is great. Easy to use scheduling, timecards, reports, and employee profiles.
Integrated with both our POS and Payroll software.
Employees love the iPhone and Android versions.

Cons: Employee PIN is not very useful.
It is six digits long (most vendors do four digits),
and the employee can't set their own PIN.
Makes this feature unusable.

Overall: Helped up better manage our budgeted hours.

Not as fluid and user-friendly as it could be, but with practice, you get the hang of it.

Pros: Overall, the software isn't bad. It's just a bit cumbersome when first using it, since some of the functions aren't as intuitive as they could be. Granted, things have been updated over time, so it's definitely progressing. But whenever there's an issue, Customer Service is always great!

Cons: It'd be awesome to be able to have pre-saved shift blocks for easy of scheduling, and also to be able to change the week view instead of Saturday-Friday (prefer to see either Monday-Sunday or Sunday-Saturday).

Great time and attendance software! Lots of integrations.

Pros: Love the Gusto integration and the easy way to see and approve timecard entries. It is nice that I am able to approve all the entries at once instead of having to do them individually.

Cons: It would be nice to be able to send to Gusto from a generated payroll report, and to be able to edit the timer entries based on number of hours instead of clock in and out time.

Pros: I've enjoyed using Ximble. It's really easy to use. It integrates with Quickbooks and our HRIS. I also like how affordable it is in comparison to other time and attendance systems out there.

Cons: They currently don't do any biometric clock-in/clock-out. Not a huge deal breaker for us. But I know that is something we were looking for initially but realized it was way out of our budget.

Pros: Love how easy it is to set up and move around. My employees can easily see their schedules and request time off. My payroll time is 1/4 of what it used to be, all thanks to this app!

Cons: When you have a request from an employee and you click on it, you land on the main screen instead of the request, so now you have to go find it.

Overall: Time saver, organization, easy access, employees love it!

Cons: I wish the hours in the week were added up not just the hours in the work period. For example, I would like it to be easier or receive a notification when I have gone over 40hrs in a work week.

Pros: I really like the geo fence feature. It makes it very easy to keep tabs on my employees that I manage remotely. They work nationwide and there's no way for me to be everywhere at once. This is a close second!

Cons: I don't like having to click on individual notes to see them or to open time cards one by one to edit. In that regard Nimble was better. I also don't like the way it lists clock ins backwards starting with most recent. I preferred them in calendar order.

Overall: Super easy to use and my employees actually clock in with ease.

Every time I have a questions someone is there to answer quickly. Even for my dumb questions.

Pros: We heavily depend on Ximble for our scheduling and time clocking system, and more for the latter. Ximble has features that other similar platforms do not offer which we mostly use: the automatic deduction of unpaid breaks in the payroll report, automatically generating timesheets/payroll reports, and the time clocking app for tablets and smartphones.

The interface is beautiful, looks fresh and modern. It seemed well thought of and well planned, considering the ease of use and an overall pleasant experience.

Customer Service: I think this is the BEST feature. Customer service seems to be the top priority. There is always someone available to talk to for questions and support. I never had to wait so long for a response and the responses are always thoughtful, accurate, courteous, professional and satisfactory. I have had some really BIG issues with Ximble (and NimbleSchedule) in the past but my concerns were taken seriously and immediate actions were done. It really is very important for us to be able to connect with someone when issues arise.

Overall: Ximble is ever-growing and always open to changes and suggestions. It's not a system that is set in stone and it is willing to accommodate users to make the best experience and offer the best service possible. I am impressed with the quick responses and support it gives users. I think it's worth the money to have this kind of support than just handing me a software and have to deal with it myself!

Cons: The switch from NimbleSchedule to Ximble wasn't as smooth as I hoped. I expected at least the bare minimum of having all NimbleSchedule features in Ximble and then more. I loved NimbleSchedule but there were issues that Ximble was able to fix so I'm not complaining! Every new software needs some adjustment period and I think I've overcome this and has learned to like Ximble so far.

Because we heavily rely on the payroll reports that Ximble generates for us, it is a pain to print each report for all of our 64 employees one by one. IT would be ideal if there is an option to print all timesheets with just one click of a button (like NimbleSchedule did). We prefer the layout of the reports through the website and not the exported CSV version which looks a lot more cluttered and not easy to read.

I would also prefer for fewer pages to load when clicking on buttons to save on time. (Saving time is always a plus for me). Example: When clicking "add clock in", instead of having to open a whole new page, it would be beneficial if the same page enabled a box to add this information.

The "notes" section feature on the payroll report was removed but this is a vital component of our payroll reports. I requested if they can consider returning this feature.

A few bugs here and there that I would always bring to Ximble's attention to get fixed and they get on it quick!

Could be more user-friendly and intuitive.

Pros: After trying multiple time keeping/pay roll services at work, this one is by far the most user friendly. It actually does what others claim to do, and if you have questions, their customer service is AMAZING.

Pros: The software works very well, even better than I had expected. It generates detailed reports for labour costs, actual time worked vs. schedule, you can create templates for the schedule to be used over and over. You can talk to the chat reps who are absolutely amazing, they will answer all of your questions and even help you out directly by doing some tasks for you

Cons: Nothing, everything is amazing. The only thing I wish they had was a more detailed video showing you the different ways you can deduct time for breaks but it's not a big deal cuz I was able to figure it out pretty easily still.

Overall: Everything, time sheets are time stamped, employees can add notes, I can send them schedules, they can request days off and I can import schedules to save time rather than adjusting each day of work an employee has.

Pros: The software is really easy to use and flexible, I tried 10 other scheduling softwares all of which were too time consuming. Ximble took minutes to setup and we had it deployed within a week.

Cons: There isn't a con with the software, it could do with some additional alerts built in when time sheets and clock ins deviate from the norms but this isn't really a con but an improvement.

Pros: Ximble customer service is on point. They are available 24/7 to help you with any questions you have. We use the kiosk feature and it has significantly helped us to cut back on time clock issues. The staff also enjoy clocking in and out as well as the ability to leave shift notes. I love that I can approve or deny requests for time off, cover or shift trades at the touch of a button. The app is very user-friendly. Ximble has helped me save HOURS with scheduling related tasks.

Cons: Ximble does not have every feature we would like, but they are very open to suggestions and the turn around time for new features isn't very long. They are committed to creating these features and they really listen to customer feedback!

Overall: Ximble saves us a LOT of time with scheduling. My employees can make requests, trade, and pick up shifts with ease and I can approve requests at the touch of a button.

Pros: I like the Customer Support, they are all very polite, friendly, competent and always ready to help.

Cons: It should be a bit more intuitive and easier to use. Many of our employees had problems losing their scheduled shifts. The default location sometimes creates some confusion.

Pros: mobile app, if everything worked as proposed ease of use and clean interface. Customer service is nice to work with even if they can't help solve the issue.

Cons: I was so excited when nimble schedule "upgraded" them to ximble. Because I loved nimbleschedule! The new features in ximble would be great if they worked correctly. the chat feature works in the app and not in the computer version correctly. when using the computer, my employees don't get them all and when I go into the chat log of one employee, all employees show up. in nimble it generated an email to all employees which was ok so I was excited about the chat feature but it does not show you have a message unless you are in ximble looking for them. as a result of all of the glitches, we can not use this feature reliably. when I publish to one department only, all employees get the publish. I have 160 employees and have been using this for 1 1/2 yrs (ximble since may) and I will be looking elsewhere. there were so many glitches, in the beginning, i felt as if I was their QA person. some issues still not fixed. very disappointed.

Pros: This software is so easy to use, it makes keeping track of employee times so easy and it integrates with Gusto (our payroll software) and it integrates with Quickbooks if you need it.

Cons: I think the interface of the scheduling could be a little easier to use. I have trouble making the shifts and then being able to edit them.

Pros: I like the ability to swap/trade shifts and to request to pick up a shift. The features for clock in zones and pin codes and such are all interesting features that make Ximble stand out.

Cons: A fair amount of glitches and communication with technical support resulting in 20min-an hour wait times and tickets being opened. Issues are generally resolved but it can be frustrating to not have the program work. I also wish I could move shifts around between employees in the monthly view instead of only the week view.

Pros: I like the colour coding of the staff. I find the reports very helpful for budget tracking. I like that the staff can sign in from home to review schedule.

Cons: I do not like that you can not print the schedule in colour. I have to take a screen shot and print the screen shot. I do not like that you can not set a GoTag to a specific person. I have one member of the staff that needs to sign in while shopping in the morning but I do not want anyone else able to do that.

Comments: New to this app. Been using for about a month now. So far it seems pretty good. Had to learn it of course but it's easy to learn and navigate. The only issues I have so that I don't care for is that you can't request to get paid for future time off if you don't already have it built up in your acct. Also, I don't like the fact that once your days off request is approved you can't go back and see if you entered for paid time off or unpaid off. And you have to go the administrator of your account and ask them.

Pros: Easy to learn and Navigate. The contact support team is also very friendly and efficient in answering any questions you have in a quick manner.

Cons: Not being able to view your time off request after it's been approved to see what kind of time off you requested. Also, can't request paid time off for future if you haven't already accrued that time off.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would consider this if you have a small practice and not many employees. Otherwise, people may be contacting you often about their time off requests and I could see that being annoying.

Comments: Nimble Schedule is very easy to use and works great. It has a lot of functions and settings that you can modify that other calendars don't have. The employee functions are also great like the time clock and location tracker. Will continue to use this software, we love it.

Cons: -No employee tracking when they clock out, only when they clock in. -when you create a repeating event, it then makes all the events single events. If you need to modify the repeating event, you have to now modify every single event as opposed to making one change and having it be reflected on all the events.

Comments: Have been using this program for a few weeks now. Very easy to use, convenient when scheduling with the color coding system. Clocking in and out is very easy, as well as tracking job numbers and so on. One thing that could be fixed somehow is fixing of the clock in and out times. If the system sets the clock to 2:00 but you clocked in at say 2:04 then if you try to adjust your schedule from 2:00 on. It should be fine.. but it will show you time overlapping and it becomes annoying

Pros: It doesn't have as many bugs as some of the newer scheduling software out there.

Cons: It's not the most user-friendly, it's UI isn't that impressive, and it's APP is not great.

Overall: We have jumped from scheduling software to scheduling software without being entirely happy. With nimble, we are at a point where we accept what we have. We think there is probably a better solution, but we can't find it. Until we do, Nimble is a great option.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are tired of looking around and want something that will get you from A - B this is your software. Dependable, but not going above and beyond.

Cons: There was an issue where Nimble went down a few weeks ago, and we thought our data was compromised. It wasn't, but gave us a scare. Also - I think the ability to create custom reports would be helpful, as every company has different staffing needs.

Overall: We moved to Nimble from a competitor a few months ago, and have been very pleased. The reliability, easy to use interface, and speed to set someone up are refreshing. The reporting helps us manage labor cost, and hold those accountable who are absent or late. We have staff all over the world and this tool is something we've come to rely on to grow our business. Also, customer support has a cool way of sharing screenshots when they show you a new function, and they're almost always available. A professional service, that is easy to use - highly recommended.

Recommendations to other buyers: It might not have the prettiest interface, but it does the trick! It is the Honda Accord of scheduling software - efficient, reliable, and affordable.

Comments: The customer service team for Nimble is great! The scheduling platform is also effective due to having payroll, reports, timesheets and all schedules all in one place. Comments: I was using an excel spreadsheet to schedule my staff and it just wasn't user friendly. I came across NimbleSchedule and decided to give the free trial a shot. It streamlined things for me so quickly. What used to be a daunting task now takes a fraction of the time. My employees love it as well since they can put their availability in and switch shifts with co-workers. The time off request feature is probably my favourite as I don't need to track down emails and notes from staff to figure out when they are available. I highly recommend it and I'm sure there are great features that I still haven't come across yet that will make it even better.

Comments: We've looked at several scheduling solutions for our small business and Nimble has the best combination of features, price, and support. As with any new platform there is a learning curve but the instant support is quick and thorough to get you through any questions or obstacles. Since we use mainly subcontractors, schedules are not always straightforward but Nimble handles all the ins and outs with no problem. My one criticism is that I would like to see different clock structures- day rates and shift (4hr) rates rather than just hourly.

Cons: need the option to make changes to all shifts in a repeating schedule at the same time; need 15 minute notifications of upcoming shifts

Overall: We needed an app with a lot of flexibility to schedule staff and clients in multiple locations and keep them up to date of changes in real time. After reviewing and testing many other apps, Nimble was the best at accomplishing all that.

We look forward to future revisions that might allow us to make changes to all repeating shifts after they've been published, and to get notifications of upcoming shifts in 15 minute increments.

Overall a great app with a responsive support team.

Pros: The online customer assistance is what I enjoy most. It is fast and I always feel taken care of when I reach out for help or when I have questions.

Cons: There are two people that have to publish their staff's schedule and since they are joined, there has been issues with what gets published, cleared, etc. I would be nice to be able to divide the departments so no matter what one department does it doesn't effect the others. This may just be on our side but I wouldn't even know how to go about adjusting this.

Overall: Nimble has made my life simple. When there is an issue, I have received only the best customer assistance. I can say that Nimble and its team is doing a fantastic job keeping their users happy. I am a happy camper every time I log on. Keep up the great work!

Pros: The ease of use and the excellent customer service. It is user friendly and if a question arises as to the use of the program the Nimble staff is very quick in their response time. It feels as though they are smiling in their response - always courteous and pleasant.

Cons: I can't think of anything at the present time.

Overall: I have been using this software for over 1 year and have nothing but positive things to say about this software program. It meets the needs of our company. The customer service is very quick in their response to questions and communicates better than any other company I have dealt with recently. I highly recommend Nimble Schedule.

Comments: After testing out several shift scheduling apps, I had almost given up hope that we'd be able to find one that fit our needs. But NimbleSchedule won the day with their ease of use, customization, pricing and highly responsive customer service.

Besides the shift scheduling that we were after, their ability to support multiple locations from single interface is a huge win.

I can honestly say that I had a cliché moment via a sigh a relief after implementing their system.

Pros: All the features and it's easy to use.

Cons: While working on the schedule, I usually have to refresh my page at least 3 times. Not sure if it times out but it would be weird because it happens while im working on it.

Overall: I love the features and pretty much everything about Nimble. However, there seems to be some glitches every now and then with request notifications and with the clock in. For me in particular it is the refreshing part that needs to be done constantly while working on the schedule. It slows me down and it's frustrating. Other than that I love the convenience and ease of the software.

Comments: We use this in our Barber Shop/Salon. I have 12 employee and this is by far the best app we have come across. Its easy to setup shifts, My Employees are able to request time off, and get a text reminders that they have a shift coming up. (That text has saved us lot of money from employees calling in saying they are running late or they did not know they had to work)

The only thing I wish they had is ability add future events (Football games, School days off, Holidays) on the calendar so when they date comes around you know to schedule the right amount employees . I would of gave it 5 stars all way but because it is missing this important feature I gave it 4 stars.

Comments: Nimble has been so good for our business. It helps us track employee hours, their schedules and it will automatically send out texts to other employees when someone needs their shift covered. No more calling each person and leaving messages. Nimble has greatly reduced my overall workload when it comes to payroll and scheduling. Their customer service is out of this world as well! They are always available to ask any questions. I'm so very impressed with Nimble!

Overall: I have no used Nimble very long but do use it on a daily basis and Its fairly easy to use, I haven't really had any issues with it yet but I'm also new to the company and only used it for about 4 weeks out of the 7 weeks that I've been here.

Recommendations to other buyers: I wish there was a way to set rules for auto fill on the schedule such as John D. isnt allowed to go to Average Joe company but can go to Everyday Joe company so when I select auto fill it will not allow John D to be assigned that particular shift but can still receive other shifts. I hope that makes sense.

Comments: We are mostly using the time clock system, it's very user friendly which is exactly what we were looking for. My questions were answered pretty fast, I would definitely recommend this app.

Pros: user friendly fast affordable

Cons: the app does not let employees review their time card the app needs Geofencing (which I hear that it's being worked on)

Recommendations to other buyers: Have all your employees test the product before buying it, because they are the ones that are going to be using it... the admin is pretty easy.

Pros: Simple, I like that I can see on the calendar what the assignment is. Also, the app is easy to use, understand and visualize.

Cons: Well, this might be an error on my part, but as of now, the software is sending way too many emails, texts out some of my employees. I feel it's probably what I have set and am confif=dent I can change it. So really, if that clears up I have no true cons.

Overall: I was changing over from 'When I Work' and the process was relatively pain free. They gave me 2 weeks trial that got extended 2 more weeks which proved to be really helpful for our transition. While I still need to work out a few things, I have been very pleased with the product.

Pros: Nimble is designed to allow for flexible scheduling. Employee notifications are great. Support staff is literally just a click away, in an online chat. The support website is also helpful - it has answered some questions without having to use support staff.

Cons: Nimble mobile website does not always work; the desktop website seems to be updated fairly often, but the mobile site is falling behind.

Overall: We have been using Nimble for close to four months and it has been a huge improvement over our previous scheduling system. Lots of features designed to help a company with ever-changing scheduling needs.

Pros: Some pro's of this website is that it has a ver modern design to it. It is very easy to sign into Nimble to look for your schedule and to so the schedules of the employees that will be working alongside you.

Cons: Some con's to the Nimble Schedule App is that it sometimes does not show your whole schedule on your phone like it would if you were to log-in at a desktop or laptop.

Overall: My overall experience with the Nimble Schedule website and app is great. It is so easy to use. It is so neatly organized as well. A great product for employees and employers!!!

Comments: For most people creating schedules, is normally a huge hassle and is super time consuming. Especially when they work with a lot of people. With Nimble I can create shifts, the system saves them and I can copy a schedule for one week into the next one, instead of manually plugging everything in.
I can send out group announcements and emails to everyone on my team. I really like this because I might not see everyone I work with everyday, and this way, I can keep everyone in the loop. My co-workers can trade shifts w/ each other without even having to ask for my assistance or sign off. This is super helpful especially if I am having a busy day and they don't get a chance to talk with me.
